One of the staff behaviour was not good and polite. In room plenty of cockroaches were there no proper service was there

We had booked two deluxe rooms, during check-in we checked in very late in one of the rooms. There was no mirror in the room, when we were about to go for a stroll, the mirror was installed due to which we got late. Next day during cleaning the curtain of one of the rooms fell down, due to which we again got late, the bathroom tap was not working properly, the door would not close, the jet spray was not working, we had to face a lot of problems like this. Their behaviour was different in the morning for check-out. So i would suggest that if you stay somewhere else then your tour memory will be better.

Very good location. Very friendly staff. Very nice food. Rooms are airy and specious. Bathroom s neat and clean. Sea can be seen from the balcony. Ac working fantastic. Very good hotel in a prime position.

I visited puri with my family on the next day of the baleshwar train accident and missed the first day of my room booking because the train cancelled. The next day when we reached, i found the rooms allotted to us were different from what it has been said in makemytrip. Basic amenities were missing such as kettle, extra pillow etc. Most importantly, hotel manager's responses were not friendly. Overall, i found the hotel is very average as compare to its price tag.

Very narrow approach lane with lot’s of tourists etc which makes access a bit difficult. They have weird checkout timing of 7 am and they don’t serve breakfast till 8. Average stay bed was comfortable with torn linen. Ample parking available
