Rooms - good, but if you book with mm t they provided room rear side not front side or sea facing rooms. Food - ok, room services- good

Amenities &services are poor.cleaniness is not upto the mark.Food is good.Staff is gentle.Star rating requires 2nd thought.

Location of the hotel is very good, a bit far away from central location. Near the light house. Located just opposite to the beach. You can book battery operated shuttles to visit The Lord Jaganath temple, took Rs 150. Room service and guys at the reception were prompt. Food at the restaurant was also tasty and hygienic. They provide room service also. Bathrooms are small compared to the rooms, but it was clean.

One of the worst staff member of this hotel, specially the supervisor Ravindra Mohanty doesn’t know how to speak with customer. I have a booking for three days, but due to some medical agency, I requested to shift my booking one day ahead. After accepting my request, they have denied for any changes And asking me to pay an additional one day room rent, specially Mr Ravindra Motanty was very abusive and arrogant on his behaviour would not recommended anyone to stay in this hotel. One of the worst customer experience.

I booked two AC rooms for 4th, 5th and 6th June by depositing an amount of Rs 12000 . But due to the Baleswar train accident we could not reach there. This hotel Hotel Tara Palace forfeited the entire amount. I request them if I book rooms for some later days may I adjust the amount. They said there inability. This hotel has no honesty and they are gathering extra money in this way. Be careful. I have all documents.

The hotel booking is fraud. The website mentions one number, hotel management provides other number. They ask for 50% advance for confirmed booking. When you show up they deny receiving payments. Donot book online or via phone, from which ever website.
