The best part of the stay was room service and the behaviour of staffs. It was friendly and up to the mark. The food was okay type while the service at the banquet was good and during the conference the supporting staff and technician was superb.

Overall my experience with Empire puri was really bad Fan not working, lights flickering, balcony door jammed, poor smelling room, furnitures with tent house chairs, 0 in cleanliness and most importantly housekeeping staff entered in our room without our permission when we were away where we clearly mentioned no one should enter the room without our permission this was really pathetic, room costing similar to a good 4 star hotel compared to tier 1 cities is definitely not someone should opt for Services were also bad upon asking manager he said you have booked old room that is the reason these problems are there but rooms costing Rs.6-8k doesn't matter is old or new basic amenities should work The only good thing was it was near to beach but there are many properties providing better services in half price

We stayed here on 5th-6th May 2025 night and had a fantastic experience. Food is bit overpriced, but it is well prepared and tastes awesome. Kids enjoyed the well maintained clean pool. Staffs are very well experienced and no time services were provided. Idly and Vada needs bit betterment. However, breakfast was fabulous with a very good spread. Property, Garden is well maintained. If they could offer towel for people coming from sea beach for those who need it, will be great! Thanks Empires !! Pravas

One of the best in the abode Lord Jagannath. The team is amazing under leadership of Mr. Rabi Das. Keep up the best work. My favourite place for saty when I visit Puri. Rooms are spacious and overlooking the Sea. Food is amazing and has got taste in every order that you place. Best facilities for the kids with a swimming pool right in the middle of the Resort. Ample spaces and lawns fir hangout and games.
