The apartment is situated on the ground floor overlooking a large pool with a large balcony and is ideal for disabled guests as there are no stairs. There are 2 bedrooms each with there own bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and built in wardrobes. The bathroom has double wash basins and a large mirror and a shower and a bath. The second bedroom has 3 single beds and built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. The gated complex has 24 hour security and beautiful grounds. There are 3 other pools within the complex that can also be used. The complex is 200 metres from the sea with beautiful beaches which all have beach bars. There are local amenities within easy walking distance.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Flexible check-out available (contact host to arrange).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:There is a €60 cleaning fee. It is payable upon arrival to my property manager. This covers cleaning all bedding & towels and apartment upon departure.I will allow 1 pet per booking. If you arrive with more than 1 pet then there will be a cleaning fee of €100 and a deposit of €300 will be required,There is a €25 out of hours key collection charge paid directly to my property manager upon arrival.
