"The hotel service is excellent, very pleasant, you have the beach close by, in the same hotel there is a bar to have a drink whenever you want. The pool was excellent, everything neat and clean. A place to relax and have a great time Without a doubt I would repeat again 🙌"

"A lovely, friendly hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful when asked for help. The cleanliness was excellent. We always managed to find enough sun loungers and the pool was great and never too busy. I am not a foodie and so was happy with the food but I suppose some guests may have higher expectations - remember this is a 3 star hotel. The hotel has parasols to use on the beach - just ask at reception. The shower in our room was excellent and the air conditioning was cool enough but without it feeling cold at night. Previous reviewers have said about the mosquitoes and so I took loads of repellant, after-bite and the bracelets - didn't experience any problems and so didn't need them but perhaps it depends on the time of year. Thank you Hotel Xaloc Playa for a lovely holiday."

"Fantastic holiday. The hotel staff are very helpful, we had a family room which were 2 connecting rooms , 3 balcony's in total in a lovely quiet corner of the complex. Cleaners came every day. The choice of pools were good, always sun loungers available. Food was good with plenty of choice. We didn't find the cups any problem at all, they are just for around the bar / pool area and the pool bar exchange them for clean ones at any time. Glasses are available in the buffet dining room. The lovely beach is just a few minutes stroll away."

"From our very friendly welcome, our very caring room maids, who made our bed every day and generally tidied round to the staff that worked the bar and buffet evening meal everything was brilliant. The pool area and gardens were very well kept the pool was cleaned on a regular basis. The location is very good just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Ideal for a family holiday. Thank you for a great stay."

"Great hotel, all staff members from check in to check out were helpful, friendly & efficient Our room was big enough fir 2 with a small balcony & a nice shower room, had a free safe, fridge & British tv channels The food was excellent plenty of choice & all fresh A great selection of drinks in the dining room & available around the pool, Great main pool area, with 2 pools & a toddler splash pool, then separately there is another pool & a big kids pool area Ideally situated for the beach & also opposite the bus stop to get into Mahon Would recommend this hotel & would return! 20min transfer to airport"
