"Olin jäänyt INSOTEL prestige Ibiza olimme todella odottamassa tätä lomaa. Aloitan positiivisilla, Nina vastaanotto oli erittäin hyödyllinen. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, lähellä monien kauppojen ja ranta Punta prima. Ruoan laatu ravintolassa aamiaiseksi oli erittäin hyvä. Huoneet olivat suuret ja hyvin puhtaat. Keittiöalue oli tervetullut lisäys. Valitettavasti lämmin sää (ilmestyi lämpimämmäksi kuin tavallista) meillä oli hameita huoneessa - tämä teki meidät epämukavaksi. Pyydämme siirtymään ylemmälle huoneelle, joka oli majoittunut seuraavana päivänä. Vaikka meillä oli vielä hampaita ei lähellä niin pahaa, mutta vielä epäilty lisä ja pilasin oleskelumme. Restaurantin osalta hallinto tarvitsee tarkistaa henkilöstötasoa - ei tarpeeksi henkilöstöä sekä ruoanlaitto (parka Santana jäi kattamaan kolme asemaa ) , täytettävä ruokaa ja koristelu (säännöllisesti tyhjä) ja hidas palvelu odottavien henkilöstön. Olen samaa mieltä muiden kommenttien kanssa, että on oltava aikuisten vain alue, kun paikka yli juoksi lasten. Haluaisinko palata? valitettavasti ei. Liian monta pieniä kysymyksiä. Takaisin Ibiza meille."

"We have just returned from a 10-day stay at this wonderful hotel. Really don't know where to start. We arrived around 12.30pm and were greeted by Marion who checked us in and directed us to our room, which was brilliant, as we didn't expect to be able to get into the room until 3pm. Natalia on reception in the evening was so helpful and friendly. We were greeted by the lovely Ferron and served by Adara. Our first evening meal was lovely, choice of salad, soup and hot food, plenty for all tastes and this continued throughout our stay, again at breakfast, there was plenty of choice. During the course of the week, we were also served by Joe, Charlie, Victor, Albert, Rosana, Abel. Don't think any of the staff stopped smiling the whole time we were there, and the smiles were genuine, not just for the guests. It was like one big family all working at the same place! The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff who cleaned were incredible, it is a thankless task when guests return from the beach, us included, bringing tons of sand back with them, but there was never any sand or dirt of any description on the floor and the rooms were cleaned every day. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they were politeness personified. The pool bar area was again spotlessly clean; the food is very reasonable priced and plenty of it! As we sat there, we were visited by two pigeons, one had an injured leg and we think the guests felt sorry for it, as it was considerably larger than the other one! The drinks again were not overly expensive as this can happen in some resorts. Outside, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and gift shops, all around the area of the beach. The beach was clean, the sea was stunning and as we went into the sea, there were millions of tiny fish swimming around our feet, some areas of the beach were quite rocky and uneven, which may be a problem for someone with mobility issues, but there are areas which are very flat as well. Overall, if it was possible to give this hotel and staff 20, we would not hesitate; felt quite emotional on Tuesday when we left, it felt like we were leaving good friends behind. We will definitely be back next year."
Seth Punta Prima
"This hotel is disgusting… We stayed all of 2.5 hours before making the best decision to leave. Family pool was dirty, green slime around the edge with black slimy bits in the water. Pavement area around the pool and all external areas were dirty and obviously not cleaned or maintained for a long time. Our rooms were not ready on arrival, but keeping an open mind following the reception greeting from a young man in a dirty white crumpled shirt we made our way to the family pool. We have 2 year old with us so got her some food from the pool cafe which was dirty with wasps crawling out of the drinks machine taps. The tray the food was passed over on was not clean with food debris in the corners. Once we had experienced both these areas, it was enough to start the move to a different hotel process. Which thankfully we did do. This hotel was not cheap and definitely not a 4* Jet 2 holidays needs to go and review it again. Might just scrape a 2* if it’s lucky! I"

"We stayed for 3 nights with our young children recently. We loved our stay! The apartments are fantastic, very clean and well equipped. Cleaning cloths, dish soap, shower gel and shampoo all provided. A comfy double bed and the sofa beds were perfect for our children. Good size balcony overlooking the pool and smaller balcony on the back of the apartment. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Huge shout out to Oscar on reception who was incredibly kind, compassionate and helpful to our family when we needed medical assistance. I also witnessed him being very kind and helpful to other families. The swimming pool is very clean with shallow and deep areas. Punta prima has a great beach and a very shallow sea. The area has a handful of restaurants near the beach. Plenty of free parking near the hotel. We would definitely consider returning 😀 Thank you for a fantastic stay."

"Suuri paikka, ystävällinen henkilöstö, hyvin puhdas ja hyvä ruoka, ainoa pettymys on maksaa LOT enemmän uima-asunto mutta vesi oli niin kylmä se ei ollut miellyttävä käyttää uima-altaita, lisärahaa maksat hieman lämmitetyt uima-altaat tekisi sen paljon Oli liian kylmä 4-vuotiaallemme."
