此次出行，除了在邁阿密體驗了無敵海景，其次就在puntacana消磨了整整三天。 這是客户極力推薦我們去放鬆的海邊度假村。吃喝錢包，性價比夠高。 每晚安排了不同的舞台節目，喜歡夜生活的年輕人也不會無聊。 至於我們帶孩子的家長，無非一日三頓，酒店都安排妥當了，自助早餐可以選擇在兩個不同的餐廳。 晚上躺在沙灘邊的床上數星星⭐️，真是太治癒了。我還會極力推薦我的朋友們去度假。 唯一缺點，需要自主預約的日料店，牛排館，西班牙餐廳太難約，這樣對衹住2日的旅客不合理。入住當天幾乎約不到第二日的這幾個餐廳了，求改進。

The service of this hotel was terrible. Staff was not friendly at all and not helpful. Restaurants did not have a good variety and food was not great. We've been to many other all inclusive resorts in Dominican Republic. This one was the worst in terms of service and restaurant quality. MANY rude Europeans here, and they like to stare at you when you eat. Rooms were new and clean, and we liked the beach. Food and service did not meet expectations. Do NOT recommend.

Could not check in until 5 pm the day we landed. It was such an inconvenience due to you guys not paying the property. Such a bad experience.

Overall experience was good, and would return again. The only unfortunate part that there was a lot seaweed on the beach in which you could not enjoy.
