This stunning PH features 2 floors completely equipped with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom and closet+ a 5th designated as the maid's room with a bunk bed. The 3 main bedrooms located on the first floor of the PH enjoy beautiful views of the beach and the Marina , one with a king sized bed and the other two with 1 Queen size bed each; the 4th bedroom located in the 2nd floor Mezzanine - Loft Style has two full size beds. Kitchen is nice and fully equipped. A beautiful terrace with breath taking views of the beach and the pools. The second floor of the PH has a gym space along with an office space with a desk so you can catch up on your work comfortably if needed. NOTE: -The mezzanine fan is out of service. -The unit next door is being remodeled. You may experience some noise during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The apartment is located on the Aquamarina Condo Building, next to the marina set within the beautiful, secure grounds of Cap Cana.
