The first room smelled terrible, not a strong odor, but the smell of dishcloths – the cleaning staff hadn't properly cleaned the mop. I changed rooms and found the clothes hangers were broken and rusty; the bottled water was open; and the bed was moving because the foot brakes weren't engaged! I could tolerate the front and back rooms, but these bizarre and ridiculous things! It's terrifying. Blacklisted."
