The staff are amazing, always responding to any requests immediately. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Puning!"

"I'm seriously blacklisting this hotel! It was the only hotel I stayed at during my Spring Festival holiday trip to Guangdong that I gave a five-star review for! The first room smelled terrible, not a strong odor, but the smell of dishcloths – the cleaning staff hadn't properly cleaned the mop. I changed rooms and found the clothes hangers were broken and rusty; the bottled water was open; and the bed was moving because the foot brakes weren't engaged! I could tolerate the front and back rooms, but these bizarre and ridiculous things! It's terrifying. Blacklisted."
