Noise of fortitude from above floor i was staying at ground floor. Water dropping noise from outside room. Open windows with untidy mosquito net

Great friendly, helpful staff I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request.

Great location & Staff This is a boutique, local hotel. First floor suite was available and nice for $80USD. Very nice staff. Indian hospitality - they will take care of a lot of things for you and give you water bottles whenever you leave. There was a bit of confusion about the laundry, but it was resolved. Great location on FC Road. A bit inside from the hectic main road. Confusing Uber map location. Go towards Vaishali Restaurant, but turn left into the lane before Momo’s, near all the clothing shops. Walk to restaurants. Get rickshaws in front of Fergusson College.

However, my recent stay was quite disappointing. We had explicitly informed the hotel via email well in advance of our arrival that we would need the beds separated upon check-in. Considering our early morning arrival at 5 AM, this was a crucial request to ensure a restful start to our trip. Unfortunately, upon check-in, we had to wait for an extended period for this simple request to be fulfilled. This unnecessary delay significantly impacted our initial experience and left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Apart from that the sheets were a bit old and also found a hair underneath the sheets. Although as usual, Mr. Vaibhav at the desk was very kind and welcoming, and got it arranged for us. We appreciate breakfast options as well as room decor and hygiene.

Bed was not comfortable To was too small It was a clean hotel with excellent staff

Hotel is under renovation. In room there is no hot water supply. Breakfast there is only 04 option available. Door locks are broken price variation, i discussed with other members average cost is 4500- make my trip taking the advantage of urgent booking. I will not use the app immediately after that.
