Good service First room given full of dead rat smell The Managment knew the problem as the duct of aircon Had a problem o spite of knowing they let it out After complaining they changed the room But service is good People are helpful But don’t expect extra bedroom keys

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

This is my 3rd time returning to Oakwood Residence. Staff here are so warm and friendly. They've given me the same room each time I visited and have taken good care of the little details like soft fluffy pillows I had requested the first time. I see that they make sure it's always there. There maintenance staff are so prompt, they arrive in minutes of complaints being made. The relationship manager is very friendly and coordinates for you in all your needs, offers advice on places to visit and restaurants to tryout. At the restaurant, all the staff are warm and go out of their way to make sure you are well served and satisfied. I'm here with my daughter for medical visit and being in a warm environment like this has made my stay easy and comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my accommodations. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities. The overall experience was quite enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice and pleasant stay. Excellent service. Good varieties of food. Mr. Jaishankar from house keeping ensures the cleanliness of room on daily basis. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Feels like a home. Thanks to the entire staff.

We have booked this serviced apartement hotel with a group of people for 10.nights and the service in relation to the price was absolutely great. They helped in every second. Laundry Service is great, rooms are spacious and cleaned very well for indian circumstances. The food is very good in relation to the price and the service is absolutely great. I especially want to name two boys here: Ejaj from the Front Office and Honey from the Restaurant - Management should seriousely promote those guys!!! I worked for many years in luxury hospitality - they are rocking the Show! Only thing - matress is way too hard.

It's my first time I visited India. And I like very much, especially I want to note the staff in hotel, they are so kind and very pleasant. Also I want to note that the restaurant manager Stephen- he always help me to order not spicy food. And Honey server is the best, he is very considerated for guests wishes. The face of India they present is perfect!

I’ve stayed here 3-4 times. Every time it has been an amazing experiance. It like a home away from home. The Appartments are very well designed. Kurta residencyIt’s located in a very posh, nice and quiet Neighbourhood. A very neat and clean hotel/ service Appartments with all the possible amenities like toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. in the rooms. The staff is amazing, very sweet and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, even the pool and gym are very clean and well equipped. Only pros, no cons.

Overall 7/10 Nice stay and great location. The overall stay was excellent, and the staff was generally accommodating and smiling. The breakfast food quality was not good as we expected, but the dining in-room service was excellent. Housekeeping was excellent. Parking is the issue with very narrow, limited spaces you must ask reception to reserve. There were a few very lovely guys smiling Always and greeting you with lots of positivity, including Mr Eknath Shinde and Amol from the restaurant. They both are accommodating. The restaurant I will give it 9/10. Reception staff that I will give a 5/10 and needs improvement. Security Staff I will give 6/10, but I like Sardar Jee very nice and helpful early morning shift. Please don't ask the hotel to arrange airport pickup and drop off as their Sudan cars are not good enough in terms of Capacity and condition. Better you use OLA or Uber. Overall I will give them 7/10 and would love to book them again.I spent three weeks and will write my review in more details next time.
