I had very poor experience at Westin Pune. First when I arrived they didn’t have my payment details in their system and I had put authorize the whole amount on my credit card. Then there was lot of noise in the corridors and didn’t get much sleep.

Centrally located. Road outside suffers high traffic. But the hotel is beautiful with attentive staff. Parking was a breeze! Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast spread was fabulous. Great choice

The service was an absolute standout. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to when I checked out, the care I received from service staff was unparalleled. The room was huge and beautiful too, the only downside are the filthy windows, probably time for some window cleaning. Location was alright, other than a small but upscale mall beside the hotel there was nothing much, but since I was there for business it was fine.

The Food Was So Good & The Sweet Section Was delicious like is amazingly yummy & Mr. Abhishek he is the best bakery chef 😋 Granny Smith desert you must try and the fresh strawberry ice-cream & Malai Roll was Awsome in taste . And the staff service also was good .

The Westin chain is part of the Marriot group, this might make you think that you are going to get a American hotel dumped in Pune with some token Indian touches. This is not the case here, the hotel is comfortable in its own skin and is much more modern Indian than American. The rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious, the bathrooms are larger than many and come with a bath, with is a nice touch. The restaurants do a range of interesting Indian and international dishes and room service is very easy to use. What makes the hotel stand out is the staff, the hotel manager is clearly hands on and has high standards, which his team follow. The staff strike the right balance between being there to help without being cloying and sycophantic, there for you but invisible. If you are visiting this part of Pune, it is worth looking at the Westin.
