The hotel told me they haven't received my booking and asked me to take it up with make my trip. After my prolonged discussion with mm t and mmt's prolonged discussion with hotel, they mutually decided that they will let me check in. All this was happening at 1:30 am, and took around half hour. Prior to this i had modified my booking from 2 adults to a single person, mm t sent me a revised bill, but failed to refund the extra amount. On taking it up with their customer care they simply said, your booking was non refundable. Considering a legal action against mm t for this ordeal
