I wasn’t allowed to check in. Very rude employees. The employees aren’t interested in the guest, as they have already got the amount from mm t which is non refundable and only the guest is at loss.

The beds were not clean. The room was suffocating and small, it didn’t have a fan or the windows didn’t open up. The washroom was common between two 2-3 dorms. The washroom was in a pathetic condition. The staff and the owner are not corporative and rude to the guests. I booked the stay for 2 days and didn’t even stay there for an hour. They refused to give refund and were very rude about it. They cannot take feedback or improve their customer experience. Not a recommended place to stay.

reception guy was really good and helpful. hot water supply is good, doom was cosy. But female washroom had the marking of males aso males also ended up using it. plus was expensive. overcharged.

Easy service at reception. The bedroom was average but good. The bathroom we're not functioning at best so had to use bathroom in another floor. Bathroom cleanliness is good.

The stay was good. Jugglers backpack is a dorm and also a private room availability for people wants to save cost while travel-ling solo or in group. A good option to stay at pune.
