It was my father-in-law's wedding anniversary and we with large family group of >15 members had purchased Sayaji buffet coupons beforehand. We went to Sayaji's flagship hotel Sayaji portico. we were welcomed with a bad surprise that those coupons are not accepted at the place ! we wondered why the hotel reception had confirmed there could be no issues letting us into their prime property when we had called them in before buying those discounted coupons. they just made sorry faces and diverted to one of their another stay-in place Sayaji Enrise. we had no choice. In all this melee, we lost prime luncheon hours and reached Enrise. the kitchen team there were winding up things for the day with their last stay-in guests. Knowing our situation, there were some phone calls to and fro betn their folks. finally they started preparing for our group. It was past 3 pm by then. final experience I wish to credit full marks to Sayaji Enrise being no responsible for the fiasco they took some time but made a wonderful full-course buffet. We left the place with quite an happy ending after this chaotic ordeal. Sayaji Mgmt. must re-work on their partner program offers before selling them and ensure to deliver hassle free ordeal free experience for their guests.
