Stayed here during a business trip . It is a nice budget property with clean rooms and bathroom facility . They gave early checkin which was really helpful . Breakfast was good and filling . Staff was helpful.

The property is at a walkable distance from the railway station. The location is easy to find, has stayed in Treebo Trend Regency few years back this hotel is way better than that. Loved the entire vibe and breakfast was top notch. Recommended to solo traveller

My stay was beautiful over this hotel things were pretty good room was cool and was spacious they had food options for daily meal good beverage at reasonable pricing. Location was also seemed convenient.

It was a very painful stay here for 3 nights. First I ask them to provide proper room, receptionist unprofessionally replies whatever available will be given, I got room 220. there are black spot in bathroom on seat, basin and wash jet. Wash basin is having crack. Water tap is shaky. The nozzle is having black spot uncleaned and unfit to stand. Odonil missing. Hot water in shower I have to struggle all three days finally I third because of checkout I took normal water shower with great difficulty. Even the duty manager was unprofessional in showing hospitality here. Missing door latch from bathroom inside, Cockroaches are walking in bathroom. Small rest pillows are having stain most likely saliva of others guests. Floor is broken, uneven, spots, cavity and full of dust. Walls are full of hand patches, stained and dirty. Insect are flying, no mosquito repellar. Electric switches are stained. Bed side and AC side Walls are cracked. Window latch is broken risk of theft from window side. Floor mat may be as old as opening the of the hotel. So dirty full of all worldly virus and bacteria. Boys are all from Bihar, mannerless, missing basic hygiene and cleanness. Chewing paan, tambakoo. They have basic hindi communication issue. I hope treebo will fix these issues

OYO Townhouse 063 in Pune is not a good option to stay. We had a horrible experience during our stay from 14 to 17 April 2022. To start with, we found that the staff is too rude. They behaved as if they were doing a charity to us. Room no 105 was allotted, which was neither clean not hygienic to stay. Toilet flush knob was broken and so, flush was not working. Despite informing the staff, no action was taken till we vacated. Room was not cleaned even once. So was the case of bathroom. Bucket and mug were not provided in the bathroom, and it took many phone calls to get it. AC remote was not working. I had to climb on a chair and operate it manually every time. We had booked the room with breakfast. There is no buffet system. They bring breakfast to the room, that too after a lot of phone calls Breakfast is always served late. The quality of food is pathetic. I felt that food was picked up from some roadside eatery. The quantity also was pathetic. No tea or coffee was ever served. Usually hotels provide a water bottle daily. In this hotel, not even a single bottle was given despite repeated requests To top it up, we had to deal with unfriendly and hostile staff who do not consider guests as their clients. They apparently want to drive away the guests. While vacating, I wanted to meet the manager to give the feedback. I was told that the manager visits only in the afternoon, and the guests are left at the mercy of the staff till then! All prospective clients are advised to be careful.
