The stay was fine, you can taste great food at the ground floor restaurant and just a stone throw from the nearest Phoenix mall and airport. Room rate is reasonable but Aircon is too cold at times.

The cab arrangement was not good. Due to poor management, the cab driver picked me up with 2 hours delay. In addition, due to that the the time became traffic jam time. I disappointed it. Except the cab management, other are good.

Room looks little bit old but accommodation were prepared at least, food wern ok

初めてのプネー出張で利用しました。空港やショッピングモールからも近く、とても利便性の良さを感じました。部屋は1人で宿泊するには十分の広さで清潔感もありました。スリッパがないのは残念に感じました。朝食はもう少し欧米的なものを期待していましたが、殆どがインド料理だったところが、選択肢の少なさから残念に感じました。でも便利で清潔でしたので、次回のプネー出張時もまた利用したいと思います。

Ibis Pune is one of the best business travellers hotels in Pune. You get almost 5 star experience at a very decent price. Super customer centric staff, super comfort, super safe.

Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

Location is close to the airport. The services provided were good. The hospitality was amazing! Cozy vibes.

Standard frills free hotel with all basic amenities that anyone can expect. However, following are some conecrns 1. Bathroom is too small - its a separate moulded fibre unit, could be better 2. Food could be better - breakfast spread and the taste 3. Room service is only through app and you have to pay when the order is delivered - ordered some beer but it had to be paid, could not get it added to overall bill 4. They would not provide a bottle opener, every time you you have to call their service desk to send someone to open the bottles - this could take anywhere from 5 to 15min or even more

Ambience, vibe from the staff and Room was really good. Breakfast I liked the live counter dishes, but buffet could be better with variety. Overall excellent stay

Location of this hotel is great, close to the airport and the stay was nice. Though the food wasn’t that great but overall the staff was courteous.

As always staying in Ibis properties are treat coz the customer knows or gets use the standard color, furniture as well as the look and feel which makes it a lot more easier to acclimatise to the room. The rooms are always neat and clean, and the service is always great.lot of joyful faces to brighten up ones day. I haven't used the restaurant services so far but the breakfast is pretty decent 👌
