very bad experience, receptionist is very rude. he was constantly behaving bad with us and nobody was telling anything to him.when we asked that why primary channels are not showing in tv he was giving false excuses as not having the ability to solve the problem.when we asked for some milk powder pouches for my 22 month old son he was laughing at us!they don't have humanity,we had to beg for everything to them still they didn't give us anything.we requested them to extend our stay for some time as their location was not findable and they also gave room 15 minutes after we came. that time they agreed somehow,but when we came to their hotel again after walking for 2 and a half hour as their hotel was not findable!kept calling and backed off

It’s nice and clean rooms and perfect for business people because near airport and good connectivity, all style of food available and market

I booked the hotel for 3 days but due to some personal emergency my trip got cancelled. When i called them a day before the stay to modify my stay as i was planning to come next week, the staff refused us and even disconnected the call. My money got wasted with no refund or modification from the hotel

Dirty bedsheets, dirty pillows, cheap toilets, poor maintenance. Horrible food- bread (with fungus. Poor checkout experience. Stay at your own risk

Had booked the deluxe twin. It's a brand new hotel but i've stayed with the monarch brand at rabale before. The rooms are at the level of a 4-star property. I ordered room service and the indian cuisine was really well made.
