No cleanlinesd of room.Cockroaches and other small insects were in the room.First aid box was not mentened. For Tab. Paracetamol,staff was very irreesponsible.

one of the worst service.
start from reception.
example - there is a lady in the reception as a focal. she always say no to all queries. at check I asked her my room number she just gave me keys and started talking on mobile call.
after that she thrown her phone on desk.
whenever call for buggy always same reason driver is not available.
swimming pool was not available for first day (3may 2025) . room door lock is problematic when we ask reception they need 10-15 calls to send house keeping to fix the issue.
food service is worst. coupens are just to make marketing there is no proper service on coupens.
adventure park has no access to customer who is staying in resort. they ask to go at reception deposite some amount but again to reach reception there is no buggy service. so you gets irritated.
one of the worst resort ever.

Good property but overall bad experience 1. Rooms were good but not maintained 2. Beds were torn and poor quality 3. Not all basic service like tea, coffee or milk for toddler served in the rooms 4. No better visibility in the service provided with the package 5. Ruby with food packages not clear visibility what's included what's not, way to high charges 6. Activity for kids and Lunch was all chargeable without any clarification or information provided. 7. Swimming pool were badly managed, for guest lot of restrictions. (no towel, no facilities or security, not cleaned etc.)

We recently stayed at Sunny's World and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The hospitality was far below expectations, the staff was unprofessional, and the room conditions were unacceptable—unclean and poorly maintained. The overall management seems completely disorganized and lacking accountability. It’s high time the owner takes charge, visits the property personally, and ensures basic standards are met. Would not recommend.

Unprofessional receptionist and other staff. Rooms were not cleaned. No one was present at the activity area to attend, we need to find them for activities. Though the food and hotel staff was nice but Room service is not available. Swiming pool is nice and cleaned.

it was a decent stay overall.room was good with all the mentioned amenities.cleaniless should have been better as there was lot of dirt in the rooms corner.linen and bedding were clean though.
property is nicely built.swimming pool is really big.
Reception was quite attentive.They answered and attended every request very promptly.
Restaurant service could have been better as it looked like it they were short on staff.
Breakfast buffet was yummy with many great options.

Toilet smells, need exhaust Good property, need to maintain Courteous staff and helpful Adventure park was fun, close to city food was fantastic. Had wonderful morning in the shiv temple, made out of black stone. Will be visiting again with family and friends

Little poor in terms of services. Be it non availability of service staff, first aid kit at reception, intra transfer vehicle taking 30 mins for only 1 driver at a time. Good experience with adventure and gaming activities.
