Olivier Leflaive Hôtel Restaurants

Fantastic - as you'd expect. We stayed twice, once going south and then on the way back. It is a really first class small hotel, very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Quiet at night. Bathrooms are very good, well equipped with good showers. Beds are very comfortable. The staff are wonderful and very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are very good with some cooked items as well as standard continental breakfasts. Parking could be limited at peak times, this is around the square outside with limited dedicated parking, but its quiet so no issues on our visit. Very pretty village dedicated to wine as you'd expect. The restaurant is superb, but is a tasting menu so choices limited, having said that, as we did not want everything on the list, the restaurant was very accommodating in making some changes for us, which was very good of them. First class cooking and service and a huge wine list, though Laflaive's own wines are very good of course. Very pleasant bar/brasserie area and a small garden. It would be nice to see the brasserie used for simpler meals with a little more choice as it would be hard to eat here several times if staying for a few days - fabulous food, but some options would be nice. Overall though a wonderful and memorable stay and one we will repeat in the future.

Really a restaurant with rooms but both dining and accommodation were first class

Très bel hôtel et emplacement sympa, staff extra et très arrangeant. Cependant, gros bémol au niveau de la chambre dont qu’on nous a alloué. En effet, dès l’installation j’ai été surpris, cela ne ressemblait en rien au photos du site de l’hôtel (qui m’ont fait choisir cet hôtel). A 300 eur la chambre, cela m’a contrarié mais j’étais fatigué car arrivé tard et je n’ai pas demandé plus d’explications. Ce n’est qu’à la toute fin du sejour, qu’en discutant avec le directeur de l’hôtel (très sympa d’ailleurs) que nous avions eu une des chambres non rénovées et qui ne le sera, au passage, jamais . Chambre désuète à la déco des années 80.. loin des chambres rénovées montré sur le site. Un peu frustré dc car je pense qu’il faut avertir les clients au préalable.

Great overnight stay. Very welcoming staff. Family owned hotel. Both Leflaive brothers welcome guests at various times. Food excellent Our room was quite large. A little underwhelming decor. Small bathroom. Only a few miles from Beaune in a beautiful village backing onto vineyards. We usually stay in Beaune but were very pleased with this location.

Accueil et personnel très efficace et agréable. Chambre spacieuse (No 14). Malheureusement celle-ci avait des odeurs de retour d'égout et on nous a proposé une autre chambre au 3ème étage qui est moins à notre goût. Bel emplacement de l'hôtel pour un séjour gastronomique à Puligny. Nous reviendrons

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit paisible et raffiné, avec une table de qualité et un personnel accueillant
