Nice hotel , perfect location and friendly staff , the breakfast is amazing and the kitchen staff prepare whatever you want . The furniture of the rooms is old.

房間很大，有庭院，有一點小馬代的感覺，但沒找到吹風機。餐飲不錯，味道OK，食材新鮮，略貴於其他附近餐飲。服務還是比較熱情的，尤其是早餐的現點餐飲服務員工，非常熱情主動詢問是否有需要order的餐品，主動服務難能可貴，感受很好。但前台服務比較敷衍，看似熱情但不解決問題，去到等了很久沒有人主動告知可以入住，去到前台詢問，幾個談天説笑的女服務員才笑笑説現在ok了，離開時也是因為前台安排等待water taxi錯過了船班，明明我們已經很着急多次詢問，前台都告知沒有問題，船經常會遲到的，我要求他們打電話告知船公司我們還未上船，估計也是沒有溝通，很無語，對顧客的服務不應該衹是在表面熱情，希望能真正為客人解決問題，而不是製造問題。

Really cool little holiday villas different to just a regular hotel, very relaxing and economical friendly

I wanna give some information about the garden villa and ocean villa, garden villa is way better than ocean villa , it has private yard, it’s a little far from the lobby for more privacy and peace, but ocean villa is near the restaurant and it’s not private, the residence of gardens villa should pass by ocean villas to get to their room and it’s not even beach front, it doesn’t have private yard so the guests couldn’t open the curtains and use the view 🫣it should be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive 😑 the toilet and bathroom doesn’t have door but has view to garden. The stuff are great. 👍🏼 The food is the best in the island but totally is average. Snorkeling with firus was amazing.😝 Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this villa.🫶🏻

Superb hospitality from ALL the employees. They are all super friendly and helpful! Booked a Garden View room and it’s just perfect. Room and surrounding compound is spacious, quiet and peaceful. Though the food prices are quite expensive compared to the other stays. Location is located at the end of Long Beach and the crowd is lesser here too.

Location wise good as it is located at the long beach. Tourist area. The most accessible to night attraction. This is among the best resort in Perhentian. However, it is quite over price compared to another hotel, resort or places. Other places with.the same rate, you can get a tip top facilities, view or services. Overall, this also an awesome place to spend your vacation. Enjoy!! C ya.. ;)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the beach villa which was really nice and clean. The outdoor bathroom is a nice detail. The breakfast is great. The chef makes perfect omelette and pancakes. We had a wonderful time. Ps. They make spritz for the complimentary evening cocktail even though it’s not on the menu.

Tout est parfait. La chambre villa avec le jardin, lit confortable, airco qui rafraîchit bien. Le nettoyage de chambre quotidien, tout le monde est au petit soin. Le restaurant est situé en face de la plage donc superbe vue. Je tiens aussi à féliciter le chef cuisiner Waqar pour ses délicieux plats et le superbe petit déjeuner qu’il propose avec son équipe et aussi pour son service, le seul cuisinier qui se déplace à votre table pour vous demandez si vous voulez quelque chose d’autre ou vous resservir, merci pour tout ! Il y a également un cocktail offert entre 16h et 18h pour le happy hour..

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very welcoming and nice. The Garden villas are spacious and air conditioning is working perfectly. Room is cleaned every day. The best though is definitely the breakfast and the kind staff in the kitchen. The eggs and omelettes are prepared freshly and with so much love . We can highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall an amazing experience. The room was wonderful, the food was delicious and the location can't be beat. We loved everything about your time on the island and spending it at Bubu Villa was hands down the best choice. The staff was so friendly and professional. A special shout out to Carla in reception who made our experience perfect. She recommended the perfect activities and was always there with a smile to help us out with whatever we needed. Bubu Villa es un paraíso en Malasia. El complejo es precioso, en primera línea de playa con posibilidad de tumbonas y sombrillas + toallas incluidas. Las villas son amplias y cuentan con todos los lujos posibles, a parte de una limpieza destacable. A destacar el MAGINIFICO SERVICIO DE DESAYUNO INCLUIDO, donde puedes elegir entre platos y un buffet muy amplio. Los chicos del desayuno son muy serviciales y los poros que preparan son maravillosos. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.

Our advise to especially couples who plan to go to Bubu Villa for honeymoon: The good: - Waqar the cook is nice and prepare us good dishes for breakfast. I am very happy with the breakfast dish Egg Benedict he served us every morning with a smile and politeness. Highly recommending him to work at another hotel. - a cocktail with a small amount of canapé - easy Check-in with Welcome Drink, transport directly to the stay and back to the jetty - silence around the stay The bad: - We paid a lot to the accomodation, to recognize that Bubu Villa is not offering us anything special due to our honeymoon and not for my birthday without any additional charge. The price for the accomodation is comparable to a five star hotel, where the quality of service, food and entertainment are a way better. - cleaning service of the room: the staff are all very polite and greet you on the way. But they are a kind of negligent. They leave their cleaning rag and cleaning soap in the room, didn't change the water glasses at one day or not fill up the tea bags. - the expensive stay does not mean luxury or good service - they don't have a pool offering or nice amenities for the money we paid. - reception service quality is differentiating from person to person - all in all, there are probably other better options at the long beach to stay - less price, Same or probably even better Service. MIMPI for example could offer much more and is better connected to the jetty. - many mosquitos also within the stay - very bad WiFi connection in the room and always limited to a few MBit.

The stay was great, the reception staff is really nice and helpful. Carla suggested activities and booked restaurants and boat transfers for us. She was a great help! We had some problems with the wifi connection in the room, she did her best to help us! The garden villa was really great and spacious. it was really a relaxing stay, nothing to say except the wifi connection which was not good inside the villa. the connection was only good outside. The villas are very well located at the end of the beach. choose bubu villa rather than bubu resort, you will not be disappointed because it is quieter and more suitable for swimming.
