"We booked a room for 3 people with terrace and sea views, initially gave us a smaller room and then gave us the room we had booked, which was the largest, with sofa, additional bed and furniture on the terrace. The hotel has a spectacular view from the hotel to the sea. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The buffet was not good, both breakfast and dinner were hardly repaid, we literally eaten the rests, and the staff of the dry restaurant, at least those who served us, knew we were guests and yet they charged us a supplement. We did not like that in the seats located on the terrace on the sea, a child was left without consuming anything sitting for hours and the rest of our guests could not use those seats. The child was in a family and was anxious at a time over 5 hours in a 6-seat area. A very friendly and friendly reception staff. The hotel is very friendly and very friendly."

"We spent a week in a lovely, new mobile home with a sea view. These are newly renovated, equipped with a kitchenette and air conditioning in all rooms. It's very, very quiet. The kitchenette is well-equipped, even with a dishwasher. We were familiar with the campsite; they've made many improvements, with a nice bar and a really good restaurant. There's also a well-stocked supermarket and water sports rental. Near the entrance, there's a very nice tapas bar (Istrian). Pula is a 20-minute bus ride away, where you'll find some lovely restaurants."

"I had a job in Pula, and my clients booked a room for my stay in this hotel. I didn’t know a thing of it. However, I was actually really lucky and must say I will be coming back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, very private, the location incredible, all the staff cordial and helpful. I only regret I did not have a masterchef dinner in the hotel restaurant, they say it is really something. My highest mark, however, goes to the concierge, Victoria. She is in one word: precious. I have been around, in high end hotels, bigger or more luxurious- but such warmth, energy and the will to help is rarely found."

"Superkauniista äärettömästä uima-altaasta näkee suoraan merelle. Tuuli ja aallot ovat vähäisiä, joten on erittäin tyyntä. Hotellin palvelut ovat upeat, maisemat ovat erittäin kauniita ja sopivat loikoiluun ja auringonottoon. Kirkas meri näkyy suoraan kalliolta. Henkilökunnan palveluasenne on kuitenkin erittäin huono, erityisesti vastaanoton kahden sisäänkirjautumisnaisen. Viiden tähden hotellin vastaanoton sävy on erittäin huono. Olen yöpynyt niin monissa viiden tähden hotelleissa ympäri maailmaa, enkä ole koskaan nähnyt näin huonoa asennetta. Aamiainen on ihan ok, suhteellisen yksinkertainen. Mutta illallisbuffet on todella huono. En ole syönyt näin huonoa aamiaista pitkään aikaan."

"We returned... to a room with a balcony and a sea view. Still a rustic hotel with a pleasant ambience. In the morning and evening, when the day guests leave, peace and enjoyment of walks around the beautiful island. During the day, it is easy to find a place in the shade on the beach without crowds. The staff remains friendly, but something else distracted us. The choice at breakfast and dinner is somewhat smaller, in the morning there is a long line for coffee in the dining room, where only one machine works (breakfast for the Istra/Neptun/Karmen hotels), and the waiter directs us to drink Nesscafe coffee and this in a 3/4* hotel, where half board costs over 300 euros. In addition, bike rental for hotel guests has increased in price by around 130 percent. It has become overpriced, we will not come here again."
