Very beautiful garden, the atmosphere is very relaxing with water sounds everywhere. Cleanliness can be improved.

Everything was just perfect

Bugs and mosquitoes aplenty so do remember to keep your doors closed. Room has a large bed but a single seater sofa. Room isn't big, rather small. Pool with 2 deck chairs, overlooking a pantry area with a dining table made for 4 and a sofa set to relax amid the hot weather. TV quality is horrible. Staff said they will get an engineer to attend to issue. However issue wasn't fixed. Staff apologised during check out and only informed that issue can only be resolved by an extreme do over of the TV cables and what not. Breakfast selection from a menu and not buffet style. Free roaming animals around the compound.

JIVANA !! Cet hôtel est encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par l'élégance des lieux et le cadre apaisant. Les chambres sont magnifiques, décorées avec soin et assez confortables avec une grande salle de bain extérieure. Tout est pensé pour garantir une tranquillité d’esprit totale. On peut apercevoir des poissons et des grosses tortues... c'est un pur bonheur. Le personnel est irréprochable, toujours attentif à nos moindres besoins. Nous avons même eu un lit pour bébé parfaitement adapté. La piscine est assez grande. Le petit déjeuner à l'assiette est délicieux et servi dans une atmosphère paisible. Les activités spa sont superbes, idéales pour un moment de détente absolu. Un véritable paradis qu’on ne veut plus quitter. Une adresse à partager sans hésitation !

户外的衞生間很有特色，房間挺大的，安靜花園很漂亮，早餐也挺好的，出門有不少小吃便利店整體都挺方便的。

Хороший отель, хорошая территория. Ресторан хороший. На терриотрии есть черепахи, куропатки, в прудах много рыбок. Территория вся утопает в зелени. Очень расслабляет отель. Действительно то место где можно отдохнуть.

An oasis of calm and beauty a short walk from bustling Kuta town. The resort is small, beautifully looked after and has a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful plants, a pond, tortoises and Guinea fowl. The food is excellent, service is great, we will definitely come back.

Fabulous place!! Staff was outstanding, especially Agus who took excellent care of us. Outside the resort is a little sketchy but theres nothing Jivana can do about it. Tortoises on site that the kitchen will give you bananas to feed them. Huge coy fish that are right there at your room. Cant say how much we loved this place!

We had an amazing stay at Jivana and absolutely recommend this place. The staff were very helpful, super friendly and professional at any time. A wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner is offered and everything we ate was beyond delicious. The campus is a green oasis and beautiful wherever you go. We had a massage and a yoga class which we recommend as well.

This really depends on your budget and expectations / standards. The staff are very friendly - the ones I interacted the most with were Aje, Dedi and Diwa - extremely helpful and pleasant. There is an open bathroom which invites unwanted guests. One one evening there was a Tokay gecko lizard near the base of the toilet. This was a bit bigger than my hand. Nevertheless these lizards can be a hazard especially if they latch onto your arm (hard to get off) or bite you. 4 staff came quickly and removed it. Still it left me uneasy for the rest of my stay. I kept all my amenities in the bedroom. Cleanliness - the net curtain (mosquito net) had blood stains on it and the deckchairs surrounding the swimming pool were all dirty and had stains on them. The restaurant is small and there are nice but limited choices over breakfast. If you don't like eggs, then you'll have an even more limited choice. The staff are very friendly - some are untrained and have very limited English. I am learning Bahasa Indonesian but I'd make sure you have google translate ready for words like "without" The rooms themselves need some maintenance as well. You need some welly to lock and unlock the front door. The air conditioning in the bedroom is loud and on full-power (and by the way, you need this switched on if you want a hot / warm shower). And you need it switch on otherwise it gets very hot and lizards start finding their way into the room. For me, this is at best a 3 star hotel.

Best value for money with a 5 stars service in the heart of Kuta Lombok . This hotel has comfortable rooms with spacious showers and very comfortable bed . The restaurant food is delicious , the pool area very relaxing and the staff is so kind and helpful . Special thank you to the director Aji for an incredible stay and All the amazing restaurant staff , Rina , Eli , Lenni .. we will definitely come back . Terima Kasih

Our return stay at Jivana was like coming home. The peaceful, quiet and familiar landscape was again so welcoming. We had a poolside suite ,which was spacious and airy, with the undercover, outside bathroom. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Dewa and his multiple attempts to contact the airline for me. Everything in the resort is so well thought out including the lovely restaurant to the wonderful pool.( the most child friendly pool we've come across) Thanks for another great stay to Steve & Kadek and the team. See you next year.

Loved this resort. Beautiful tranquil gardens and a lovely pool, and we enjoyed seeing the resident tortoises roaming around. The room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was good, and we ate a couple of times at the restaurant and found it good. It's only 5 minutes walk to the main road in Kuta for the restaurants and bars, so really convenient, but it felt like a real haven. On-site yoga classes were great.
