horrible !!! Las habitaciones están súper descuidadas ! Mantenimiento que no hay en sus instalaciones , me dieron una habitación que estaba sucia y cuando fui a reclamar a recepción me tuvieron que cambiar, la comida de muy mala calidad y sin variedad y la atención por parte de la mayoría del personal es mala . No lo recomiendo y no me volvería hospedar ahí.

Buffet food was marginal, for a North American. The facility is older as many are in puerto Vallarta. However, it is clean and pleasant. Staff outside the lobby are not good with English but they are friendly and there is no shortage of staff. The kids pool is fantastic for younger children. The other pools are great as well. Fantastic beach with plenty of loungers and shade if preferred. All in all, for a reasonable price we enjoyed this resort.

We were a family of 8 traveling together in 3 rooms. We could not enjoy a single dinner at any of the restaurants together due to having to use their booking app. We would all book at 9:01 and never could get a table at the same time. We tried getting help from staff who were zero help. Concierge and restaurant manger would not help us try and have a celebration meal together. Almost ruined the whole trip. We went off site to get real service. Buffet was below average and never changed each day. Almost no options if you have dietary concerns. Staff service and friendliness were the very bare minimum. Beach chairs were never washed (tons of pigeon droppings on them). Lots of cigarette butts in the sand..not good with babies trying to play. Other resorts move the chairs and clean the beach each night or morning, here they just pick up the most obvious big garbage. Zero orientation about the resort when you check in...the shows each night are offsite across the road in another building. Not really any "nice" lounges to enjoy a drink in the evening. No advance schedule of the shows for the week (would be nice for planning around excursions or making dinner plans). Only nice part was the kids waterpark for my 1yr and 3yr niece and nephew. Would not go back, there are plenty of better resorts.

No hay opciones como en otros resorts de utilizar instalaciones después del check out, de igual manera para cenar en restaurantes de especialidad las reservas son demasiado limitadas y no todos los restaurantes están disponibles todos los días. Referente al restaurante buffete falta más variedad en la comida y que tengan otros espacios disponibles, aveces tocaba hacer fila para el desayuno. Es un hotel familiar y enfocado en los niños, así que si vas en plan familiar es buena opción.

El hotel es algo prqueño peeo yodo el personal es muy amable, las comidas en general don buenas y valeria es una excelente ambientadora y muy amigable, las habitaciones familiarws son algo sencillas pero casi solo se usan para dormir en ceneral bien
