We booked the day of because of the rate and we were very happy with our decision! It had a full kitchen with ice in the fridge and a nice balcony , customer service was top tier and everyone spoke English! Must stay! Thank you Pinnacle! We will be back soon!

Beautiful accommodations with the most helpful and friendliest staff. They took care of every need and made our stay so easy. The rooftop pool was stunning and the bar provided perfectly made drinks and delicious food. Location is central and within walking distance to the beach, tons of restaurants, shopping, and bars. 10/10 stars ⭐️

The resort is clean and beautiful and reasonably priced and centrally located! We always love staying at the Pinnacle! We truly appreciate the complimentary breakfasts and the happy hour at the pool from 4-8pm. We also love the funicular for easy rides up and down the hill!

Martina has been superb and professional maintaining the room all the times I have stayed here. Cleaning staff r often overlooked by guests and management but they deserve full credit for all the heavy lifting to make these hotels professional and spotless looking after some of these filthy and disrespectful tourist come through. She Always has a smile and is pleasant to interact with.

The service at the bar was extremely slow and I had to wait 45 minutes for quesadillas. I have stayed at Pinnacle at least seven times, and I cannot reiterate how bad the customer service was at the bar at was subpar. Please escalate to 179 mgmt.

We love the well-maintained and modern facility you offer. We are especially spending time by the pool. I only wish it might be open an hour later than 9 PM. We also love being greeted every time we come and go by the staff at 179. We also enjoy the kind greeting from the gentleman who has been operating the funicular for years.

This was a very quiet and clean establishment. We appreciated the round trip transportation option. Loved that breakfast was included with the stay and there was more than one option. The location is perfect at the top of the hill with a short walk to EVERYTHING. Loved that it was adults only. Professional assistance was provided with helping us plan our private excursions. We felt very welcomed and it was nice they knew our names, very personable. Highly recommended!

This property is so beautiful. We stayed in an ocean front view and it was perfect. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning on our balcony while enjoying the gorgeous view. The apartment had everything we needed including q-tips. The staff is incredibly friendly starting with the bellman Ramon, he was so attentive. The checkin ladies at the front desk were so sweet and informative. Security was always there and really nice, made me feel safe. Our waiter Edgar at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar was the kindest and gave us great recommendations. The guys who work the cart which takes you up or down the hill were the friendliest. The location is so convenient, close to do many restaurants and the beach. Loved the property and everything about it. One minor complaint was the noise of furniture being moved around at 8am, since there's no carpeting you can hear everything. But other than that no complaints, you will love your stay here and the view makes it difficult to leave the apartment. Thank you to all the employees who made it so pleasant.
