Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom, one bath plus den. Ideal for a solo traveler, couple, or a family with young children. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate den features a twin daybed with trundle. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling a sliding glass door (with remote control shades) that open to a step out balcony with teak tabke and seating for four guests. Living room has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and individual A/C unit. The custom designed kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), glassware and dishware, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for four. A washer/dryer is included in the unit. Condo is located on the fifth floor of The Park, a boutique residential building with modern amenities in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's "Romantic Zone". The building is one block from Los Muertos Beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, gay clubs and the famous "Malecon" (PV's oceanfront boardwalk). It is across the street from the beachfront Lazaro Cardenas public park. The building has 24/7 security, a staffed front desk, a fitness center and rooftop terrace (7th floor) with amazing ocean, city and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge salt water swimming pool, lounge furniture, outdoor gas grill, restrooms and a small kitchenette. Rental includes utilities (WiFi, water, cable, building HOA, electricity*) and convenient amenities including, in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bathroom/pool towels, linens are supplied as well as a welcome supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Rentals for 7+ days include once a week housekeeping service. We will be happy to stock the refrigerator with your favorite snacks, food, and drinks prior to your arrival. Items can be paid in cash when you arrive; an itemized receipt will be provided. An additional service charge of $25.00 USD will be asded as a gratuity for the staff that runs the errand.
