Casitas Miramar Puerto Vallarta Malecón

Excelente lugar Nos atendieron muy bien desde la llegada, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Su ubicación cercana a la playa, el malecón y en el centro de Vallarta es ideal. Hay muchas opciones al rededor si necesitas hacer compras de alimentos o insumos de cualquier tipo. Mi única sugerencia para el huésped es mantenerse en comunicación previa con la administración directamente, porque a través de la página de hoteles, las instrucciones para el ingreso nos llegaron una noche antes del check out.

The property and amenities were great and even included a daily continental breakfast. Laundry service is available for a small fee so that was nice too. We didn’t find out till later that they have a large water dispenser to use if you’re going to get a large 5 Gallon water jug. Everything was clean and staff was super friendly. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars were for controllable things. It was a bit loud due to construction next door, but that’s not under their control. However, the construction and renovation right above our unit was and it was pretty loud when trying to sleep in. Another item was the roof was leaking due to rain and the construction and the first time the owner/contact was very be try fast to respond and even offered to move us to another room. The leak wasn’t in the bedrooms so we declined and the fixed it promptly, that was great! However, the construction above us created a new leak in a bedroom a couple days later. As this was in a bedroom, I reached out and never got a response about it. Contacted them at 5:30pm and We had to let the staff know in the morning as there was still no response. (They didn’t even look at my message until the day before I left) Definitely would’ve have given 5 Stars because it’s a great property at a great price, but the noise and lack of communication brought it down a bit.
