All are good in our case , polite staff, complete ammenities, clean room, but only thing is that they should change thier bed is already old we feel the wood in our bed , and towels also should be replaced already , but all in all good stay there, very near to evrything 😊😊😊

Need to provide new towels both towels provided were worn out. Water was accumulating in the toilet / shower area. The shower curtain was stained or dirty because of unrinsed soap/ shampoo.  There was a loud music / sounds from the nearby videoke. I could hardly sleep. The linens / sheets were too thin and only 1 for me & my son. The main door needs lubrication room 211. It’s hard to open / turn the knob.

Not nice hotel, ang Ganda s picture pero it's a prank in person... ang Luma na po, ang door needs push NG todo Para maopen, naluka ako don... Needs renovation... No rugs din sa cr... Omg!!! But the front desk staff is nice and approachable... Okay Sana ang location pero ang hotel mismo ang di okay...

Can’t complain for such price but the pillow really need to be changed

It is a great location for relaxing close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It was a struggle to use the internet and smart wireless service does not work in the hotel. There is wifi available close by at page resteaunt center across the street.

Pretty terrible room and bathroom, only get this place if you need to stay in Puerto Princesa for a quick night inbetween travelling.

Poor internet connection can't do work online. i hope you'll take immediate action regarding this matter. But all in all it was a great stay.

Very good location, alot of restaurant around the vicinity and walking distance to SM. Good value for money. Very near to the airport. The front desk staff were friendly & willing to help all the times. The sink in the toilet room was spoiled & the water clogged up 😔

Average in amenities and the location is good especially it is located at the center of the city😍.

Самый ужасный отель в котором довелось быть. Если бы не ночевка перед вылетом ни за что бы там не остались. До полотенец неприятно даже дотрагиваться, не то что вытираться. Подушки - комки ваты с грязными наволочками. Около кондиционера - дыра на улицу. Никому не рекомендую.
