Het hotel heeft een nieuwe naam (Atreia) en noemt zichzelf Boetiek & Spa. Allebei niet waar. Het zwembad is prima (ook al is het koud) maar voor de rest… personeel weet niets - het lijken pubers zonder opleiding. Ons “balkon” was een ruimte van 2m2 zonder uitzicht en stoelen. Nergens een stoel of rekje. Het is veel te duur voor wat ze bieden. Locatie is prima

Schönes modernisiertes Hotel mit Discoanschluss bis in den frühen Morgen. Heisst Areia Boutique Hotel heute. Hotel gut, Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Leider mussten wir den Urlaub wegen der lauten Discomusik bis in den frühen morgen 2:30 abbrechen und uns eine ruhig gelegene Unterkunft suchen. Die Polizei kümmert sich auch nicht drum. Zentrale Lage, nützt halt nix, wenn man da nicht schlafen kann. Frühstück gibts keins.

The hotel is in a great location but for the price which ended up being $140.00 it was not good value and way more than advertised. It was the only hotel in my price range thst had a vacancy. I had a horrible view, the wifi NEVER worked in my room. No one seemed to care even though I mentioned it every day. I went up to the rooftop pool which is small and freezing cold. Also there is absolutely no shade whatsoever no awnings or umbrellas blazing sun. When I got back from the roof my key did not work all I had was a towel and my phone. They kept asking me if I had locked the door from the inside which is impossible. I had to wait an hour in the hallway for the manager. I had no money it was in the room. At least I had wifi in the hallway which is where I had to access it for the next 3 days. You can find way superior value in San Morelos - now I know

Excellent hotel! Fantastic rates, super accommodating staff. Allowed me to check in early. Allowed me to use the roof top pool and shower after checkout as I had a late flight in afternoon. Room was extremely clean. Bed was super comfortable. The rooftop pool and lounge is small but stunning views! Super close to everything in Puerto Morelos Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again. You can't beat it!

There is nothing fancy about the We Hotel but it has everything this traveler needed. The rooms are basic but clean (maid service everyday and they are really good). It is within a 10 minute walk from anything you might want including a large supermarket and the beach and so many fabulous restaurants. There is a wonderful bakery across the street and several coffee shops for breakfast. But the best part is the rooftop pool with a view to die for! Honestly, I could have paid a lot more for 1/2 the atmosphere and accessibility than I did staying at the We. The only thing that would have given this place a 5th star would have been a coffee maker in the room and a chair on the balcony (I had a side room with a tiny balcony) and maybe a better (feather) pillow. Very small suggestions for an otherwise wonderful experience. I am a solo traveler and always felt safe walking around the neighborhood.

Bianca who seems to live at the hotel is amazing! She really saved us when our Airbnb turned out to be a nightmare. It was NYE after all but she was able to accommodate us with a lovely king suite with a private balcony. Everything was very clean and updated. They also have a beautiful rooftop deck with an infinity pool with the most gorgeous ocean views. They are also affiliated with the restaurant next door so in the evenings you can make a reservation to have dinner on the rooftop which is really cool. Very close to all of the restaurants/cafes and grocery store. If you want to be within steps if the beach this may not be the place for you but Puerto Morales is very small and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel and wish that Bianca was there at checkout so that we could have thanked her again! She’s so friendly and helpful. This is an amazing find for us as we visit Puerto Morelos frequently.
