Spacious one bedroom apartment located on the second floor. This space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, two large balconies, great for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading, or sunbathing.
Walking distance to the beach, the main square, local markets and an array of delicious restaurants. 1 block to the beach and 6 blocks into town, Casa Agave II is a great location in the quiet end of town.
We provide bed linens and pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, bath soaps. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, and dish towels. Beach towels and beach chairs, trash cans and liners, purified water for drinking, basic pots, pans and cooking utensils. Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice trays, toaster, and blenders. Basic spices including sugar and salt are usually available. Cleaning every 7 days is included

Lots of potential
Pros: - proximity to beach is less than 2 minutes walk- street is very quiet- view from the terrace is pleasant and with a pleasant/constant breeze - host was responsive when we had a small problem- AC (mini-split units) worked very well - Fans in both main roomsCons:- place is quite dated in furniture and desperately needs maintenanceex. tiles on bathroom are missing, outdoor furniture is so rusted that cannot be used, kitchen has many items requiring attention (cabinets, shelving poor conditions) - bed & sofas uncomfortable- price, considering condition, is not competitiveNote: Place is not adequate for older people or those with disabilities because of the steep stairs and bathroom tub access requiring a stool to enter it

Solo traveller review
I enjoyed my stay at this property although it was a little further to the main town and shops and restaurants etc than I had thought. If you have a hire car or bike it would be better as its a good 20 minute walk in hot temperatures!
The apartment itself was as pictured, although the bathroom and kitchen sink could do with upgrading as they were a little dated. The sofas in the lounge are not comfortable at all and also could do with updating or the addition of some cushions.
The provision of unlimited bottled water was much appreciated as was being able to watch Netflix on a large TV!
The area is usually quiet although I was unlucky as on my first night a hotel across the street had a private function on with very loud music playing until midnight. The other nights were absolutely fine though.
Really comfortable bed, I enjoyed my stay here.

Wonderful stay
There are 3 things my partner and I look for when we book a stay:
Cleanliness
Convenience
Comfort
Kristen's VRBO hit all those marks and then some. Her home is a great landing place to visit Puerto Morelos. It's in a very quiet neighborhood but yet close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops in the Puerto Morelo's quaint main square as well as the beach. It also helps that she is nearby in case an issue arises. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kristen!

Comfortable stay in lovely, quiet neighbourhood
We loved staying in this quiet neighbourhood just a short walk to the beach. We are swimmers and swam every day feeling safe at all times. The property had everything you need to cook and prepare your own meals. We enjoyed buying local foods and enjoying them in the comfort of the apartment.

Great property - only recommendation is an upgrade in the living room furniture!
Great space and price, enjoyed everything…. It is about a 15 minute walk to town Center which was good with us and bike rentals are available… close to the beach - great neighbourhood - great price …. And wonderful landlord …. only upgrade I would recommend is to the living room furniture - but we loved our stay!

Quiet Case
Great quiet location not too far from the beach. Home had everything I needed and loved having the big patio to sit and eat breakfast on.
