Accept that the only thing basic is the toon and you will be ok. Reception and service are 100%. Food is excellent and the dive team are first class. You don’t see the back room team but everything just works. Such a gentle and welcoming people that we could all learn from. Customer service at its best and always with a smile. This was my second time here and I will be back next year. Also the diving is excellent. Bob. 😎

Been diving since 1991. This is absolutely the best experience I have had at any resort. I am a problem Diver. I am 74 years old and have mobility issues and also have problems unless I eat organic food. The staff went far out of their way to be sure that I got to dive four dives a day, and get enough organic food to eat, I got a massage every day. My two favorite masseuses are named Jam and Ellen. Due to my disability, I had a person to help me. His Name is Leo Castillo. I’ve had a lot of helpers before. He was fabulous. Diving with Leo is kind of like going to Disneyland, because he points out so much fascinating stuff. Our spectacular trip here was arranged by Scubaco in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I have never experienced a dive resort quite like this one. The people running and working at Scandi Divers are without doubt the most friendly and helpful I have ever met. The diving is some of the best you'll find anywhere and you are looked after like a member of their family. It doesn't end with the diving. After you finish your underwater experience you get treated to some absolutely delicious food, all of which is freshly prepared. From the moment you wake up, to the moment you go to bed you are looked after, and looked after very well. Normally after visiting somewhere I feel it's time to move on and experience somewhere else. I never really feel inclined to return to the same place again, until now. This trip has left me feeling that it's worth going back to Scandi Divers. I feel like it was the perfect fit for me and the group I went with, all of whom felt the same. I also have this strange feeling, like I left friends behind.

Highly recommend Scandi Dive Resort. It’s the best resort in the area for sure! From the moment you arrive, you just feel like a part of the Scandi family. A beautiful team where nothing is a problem and they take so much care and personalization for every guest. The dive team are highly experienced in the area and bring so much love and care for the ocean. I completed 8 dives and enjoy every second. The facilities are great and it’s so nice to come back to the resort between dives for a drink and snack before heading back out. Thank you so much for your hospitality Scandi team, you guys are the best! I’ll be back!! :)

My husband and I were invited on this trip by friends that were a part of club, so in total, there were 11 of us. We had a 10 day package that included adequate accommodations, incredible meals with various daily choices, and 3-4 dives/day. All the pleasure of this beautiful resort aside, the health and vibrant colors of the reef, the incredible diversity of very interesting creatures, and dive masters that could find everything, made this the best diving I have ever experienced! Honestly, what made this so great was the incredible staff at Scandi Divers. They are on a mission to serve their patrons top notch concierge service. You only have to do one thing: Dive!

What an amazing place! Our trip was easy from getting from the airport to the resort. They greeted us with shell leis, a great refreshing drink, a terrific cookie and a much needed cold towel. They made us feel like royalty. They even had our names on the welcome board!! Everyone was respectful and super friendly! The food was excellent in every way! My hubby is a picky eater and he loved everything. The bar drinks were fantastic. Our massages were excellent after a long day of diving. We were glad to have that relaxation time. Our room was clean and comfortable, fluffy pillows and all. The diving was world class there was so much life everywhere! There were so many nudi’s everywhere that after the first couple of days we only took pictures of ones that were new to us. We gave our guide a hard time because we took so many pictures that we killed the batteries on our cameras on more than one dive!! So to everyone Kris, Angela, Rex, Alvin, Mark the cooks, the housekeepers, the waiters and waitresses and everyone else that took such great care of us we say…Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!!! We had an amazing time! We definitely will come back and we are already telling all our friends that they need to come see you too!
