This is our second stay at Villa Canaima and we will be back next year. A very well located complex - close to the beach, restaurants and shops - lovely, clean and tidy. Superbly managed by Lissett. The flats are cosy and very comfortable. The bedroom has air-conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, 2-burner cooker and appropriate cooking utensils. The bathroom is spacious with good shower fittings. Each flat has reclining armchairs, table and parasol on the terrace. The pool bar offers tasty food and a good atmosphere. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We stayed at Villa Canaima for 11 nights over New year.The apts are lovely and well equipped with everything you need for self catering .We had a sea view balcony which had the sun all day. Lovely pool area and a bar which also serves till food 6pm. The only very slight negative was the that the walls are thin and you can hear every thing going on from all the adjoining apts. All staff were very accommodating and very friendly and went the extra mile with gifts of Wine,Cava and Local Cheese which was a nice touch. Would definitely use these apts again.

Absolutely Fabulous
Two words describe Apartamentos Villa Canaima "Absolutely Fabulous". The apartment and grounds were spotlessly clean. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The barman in the poolside bar was great and the food and drink was very reasonably priced.
The location of the apartments was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but within a short walk of plenty of shops and restaurants.
The only negative I could mention is that the kitchen hob had only two rings so you may struggle to prepare a gourmet meal 😃.
We will definitely stay here again.

Really well equipped apartments. All utensils, even cork screw, only missing egg cups. Apartments are. Like new and spotless. Kettle, microwave, oven, grill, hair dryer. Kitchen cleaning products and cloths. Big fridge freezer woth ice tray. Shampoos. Big thick towels, walk in shower. Fresh filtered water on tap to fill your flask Spare pillows, comfy mattresses Warm air con for evening. Free safe! Huge corner couch, flat screen TV with HDMI inputs for fire stick. Good signal with vodaphone for netflix or use free WiFi. Spacious private balconies with reclining chairs. No card in slot nonsense so you can leave things charge if you pop out. This place gives more than it takes. Lots of steps if on top floor but excellent disabled access to pool from ground floors. Lift goes to floor two. We were on floor 3. I use a walking stick but the hand rails are very strong so managed. Pool Area - Spotless Sa Miguel e3 a pint, cocktails 2 for 10e Fantastic menu at pool bar. Large portions. San Miguel just 3 euros a pint. 10 minute walk to centre, with every type of restaurante, 2 Irish bars for footy. Recommend the Japanese and book La Carmencita del Puerto. 8 euros for taxi to Porta Del Carmen Harbour. 12 to 15 to airport. This place is a returner! Thanks to the cleaners, reception staff, owners and Nelly at the pool bar. Thanks for the complimentary cheese and NYE bubbly 🍾 Feliz Ano Nuevo

This was our second visit to these apartments this year. Our stay was very enjoyable, the staff could not be more helpful. The apartment was very clean and there was a welcome package of cheese and wine in our apartment when we arrived. We would highly recommend Apartamentos Villa Canaima to any visitor to Matagorda. We look forward to our next visit.

As always a great place to stay, very relaxing, apartments are very clean and have everything needed for a great stay, the pool area is very spacious with plenty of sunbeds, the pool bar is great for food and a drink, everybody is very friendly. Already booked for two visits next year.

Et glimrende, lite hotell
Et glimrende lite hotell, med rene og pene leiligheter. Hyggelige ansatte som bidro til å gjøre oppholdet minneverdig. Fin beliggenhet med utsikt både over bassengområde og Atlanterhavet.
