Hotel totalmente renovado. Amplias habitaciones y si has elegido habitación con vistas al mar ..la vista es increíble El desayuno buenísimo. El personal del hotel muy amable y eficiente. Destaco a Natalia Bravo de Laguna, Directora de Operaciones, que con su profesionalidad y amabilidad consigue que no quieras irte y solo pienses en volver Totalmente recomendable ..repetiré seguro

The hotel is situated on the beach front which was better for us. There was no shortage of help from reception and our room was very spacious. The pool area is cleaned every morning.

Gleich vorweg: Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Hotelanlage liegt am wunderschönen Strand playa los fariones / playa blanca. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist geschmackvoll und stylisch gestaltet und sehr sauber. Unser Hotelzimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Das Personal war äusserst höflich und hilfsbereit; es gab uns jeweils gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants zum Nachtessen. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig und ausgewogen. In unmittelbarer Gehdistanz zum Hotel befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. Die Strandpromenade zum Verweilen, Flanieren und Joggen ist gleich neben der Hotelanlage. Auch geschätzt haben wir das saubere und hochwertig eingerichtete übersichtliche Gym. Wir würden wiederkommen.

This hotel is our favourite on the Island. Have been coming for many years. The refurbishment is excellent, although I still miss the tree growing through the roof of the old entertainment room. We had 11 days here, b and b. Have just booked again for November on half board. We’re getting to the stage where we don’t want to travel far for dinner. The food is to our taste. Can highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so accommodating and efficient.

Our 6th visit to Lanzarote and our best hotel experience yet. We have watched the hotel being built over the last few years and were intrigued to stay. The service is excellent with a lovely warm welcome on check in taking time to ensure you know all you need to. The team across the hotel are warm and friendly. We choose a Select suite which comes with the added value of access to the Select breakfast area with personal service, rooftop pool and the lounge. With free snacks and refreshments in all those areas and in the room. The room and views are stunning. The best value for money package we have had also. A huge thanks and well done. We will be back for sure!

Hotel lovely and staff very welcoming. We were "Select" so our room was lovely, spacious with good sized balcony. Mini bar was free, tea/coffee/water replenished each day. Separate area for served breakfast was nice too and all the food was lovely. The "Select" bar was nice and quiet most days although stock was very slow to be replenished, even after alerting reception. On many occasions wine and prosecco were missing and if you weren't there when the sandwiches arrived, well... .. Tough luck! I waited one day for over an hour and still no sign of food. It wasn't very well maintained regarding clearing away empties - one day there were 10 empty beer bottles on the tables at 4pm & they were still there at 10pm!! The Select solarium was lovely especially as many beds at the pool were "booked" with towels by 8am, contrary to hotel policy. This should not happen. I have an issue with room cleaning also. On 2 occasions the bin was emptied and a new bag put in but the old bag full of rubbish was left on the coffee table!! Not very good. Also the floor didn't get a proper sweep in 8 days. I have to say Samuel (reception) and Gerardo & Cassandra at breakfast... Fabulous staff, on the ball. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely but the extra cost for "Select" probably isn't worth it. Also as past customers of Hotel Fariones, it has a little bit to go!
