The room was very run down no security on the door no view from the outside area nothing like the pictures

We stayed in the old part of the apartments which is soon to be refurbished. The apartments are tired and i found the beds to be uncomfortable… they was cleaned every day and towels changed and beds made, the apartments where well equipped - it did have a TV but we didn’t watch it. Happy hour was great between 4.30 and 5.30 My main gripe as others have said is that inflatables are only allowed in 1 pool which was in heated and very deep - surely it make sense to have the ‘kids’ pools as the more shallow heated one?

Just returned from Montana after a wonderful week’s stay! Arrived late morning and was able to check in immediately which was great! lovely reception welcome, all staff are so nice and you can see they all work so hard! We had a top floor room on the newly refurbished side which was a wonderful room, had the sun all day. Rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy. Fabulous walk in shower which is very powerful! Kitchen had kettle, toaster and plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses etc! It was also nice to have a washing up sponge, fairy liquid and tea towel supplied which many apartments don’t! Sofa in lounge is very comfy and pulls out as sofa bed if required! The pool was cleaned every day and had lovely padded sun loungers! The whole complex is spotless and all staff work hard, constantly to maintain it. The pool bar is large and open until midnight every day. Good choice of food and drinks! Large TV’s which shows all sports. Location of apartments are approx 5-6 mins walk to main strip (opposite the casino), great location. The First and Last Bar and La Cana on the road down to strip are great bars and would recommend! There is a Spar just by apartments which is well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again, one of the nicest complex’s we have stayed in, in PDC. If I had some feedback for Montana it would be, update your bathroom towels! They are old, thin and after a day really needed changing! Apart from that I have no complaints!!

Just got back from a week's stay at the Hotel Montana. Must give a shout out to the wonderful ladies who provided us with an excellent breakfast each morning. They were so lovely and we had a good laugh with them. The apartments were in the older section and about to be replaced. They are a good size but definitely need updating. Ours was near one of the pools and a short walk to the bar/lounge. Happy Hour is definitely worth it! Very generous servings of alcohol. If you like football, there's a big TV which showed PL/FA cup matches.

Just back from a 5 night stay. Can’t fault the staff, all lovely! Was in one of the older rooms, clean but very run down (broken socket in the bathroom where the hair dryer is) dangerous! Was told both pools where heated but only one was but that was fine we just used the heated pool as had two kids with me, the cold one was ice cold there was no way they could use it. First four days there was no problem but all of a sudden on the 5th day we were told the kids couldn’t use their swim rings in the pool! No rings or armbands!! They weren’t in anyones way as they where the only ones in the pool! The odd person would get in for a min or two though out the day. I was told they could use the cold pool with their rings but not the warm one! They could stay in the warm pool but had to take their rings off. So they had to just sit on the steps even tho no one else was using the pool! Was absolutely ridiculous

Room was very cold even after asking why the heating didnt work, 226 is facing outwards probably the worst room in the hotel and value for money there are better self catering options around, room wasnt cleaned 5 days out of 10, 4 in a row after we advised them it was every day but was to late
