Good location ! bang on where all the shops is , clean , receptionist is very friendly and helpful ,will defo back again and will stay the same

Would have been really nice if I stopped there but got cancelled last minute and left without a hotel. Had to sleep on a bench that night. Now sleep on a couch at someone’s apartment. Not a nice experience at my age being of 74 with not knowing what to do or where to turn. Still traumatised by the whole experience

Apartments very clean and sea view was great. Beds were really comfy and extra pillows available. Very central and such easy access on to main street through locked gates which you get a key for. They were busy when we were there but always quiet at night and always got a lounger at the pool. The pool is really.cold but it was february and was refreshing to go in. All staff we met were helpful and friendly and pool bar staff were great and a wide variety of food snacks and drinks. Also a shower room to use if you have a later flight which was good. Will definately return

We have been staying here for 3-4 weeks for 10 years, visiting at least once a year (except over Covid) and we have always found it ideal for us. We first went there due to location as we have always had problems with walking up slopes, and much of PDC is very hilly. More recently, we have found a shower over a bath (and the bath itself) not possible and, despite a complete change of reception staff, we have, on request, been allocated a room with a walk-in shower, and no stairs to negotiate. The rooms are good sized, they are cleaned regularly, towels etc changed almost daily. There is plenty of room for clothes to be hung up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the bus to Arrecife/Costa Teguise and to Playa Blanca stops very close by.

Great location, quiet though near main tourist area, clean and tidy, every think you need for holiday in kitchen, very helpful staff, thank you for surprise Birthday gift. maintenance extremely attentive good laugh nothing to much to ask for. Good shower plenty of hot water and towels.

Brilliant apartments in the best location right on the strip in the new town area of Puerto del Carmen with everything on your doorstep. Apartments themselves are modern and clean the maids are in a few times a week also . Visited here three times in 2024 I enjoyed them that munch and booked for two visits again this year . Very safe and secure apartments also it's all fenced and gated you get a key for the many different gates in and out the place. Great for families and also great for older folk with mobility issues. Been in loads of accommodation in Puerto del Carmen this one is up there with the best . Also basically on location there a lovely wee Chinese restaurant called peking duck well worth a visit .

Once again an ideal holiday. Staff excellent rooms clean and well presented, with full range of utensils. Great location close to the main strip and restaurants. No noise from the adjacent rooms, or the street. Closed in March/April for refurbishment of the pool area and reception.

Absolutely love these apartments, excellent location, lovely helpful staff. Lauren and ladies who run the pool bar are absolutely lovely, great menu good fabulous and beers and alcohol good. Would definitely recommend
