Hotel Las Costas

Fijn hotel, prima gelegen vlak bij het brede strand en niet ver van de gezellige boulevard van Puerto del Carmen. Hebben een prachtig zwembad voorzien van enigszins verwarmd water. Kamers zijn mooi en ruim, alleen wij hadden helaas een kamer met terras met uitzicht op het dak van de eetzaal. Aangezien het hotel volgens de receptie vol was konden we helaas geen andere kamer krijgen. Het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid, het diner was wat minder m.n. doordat er beperkte keus was qua hoofdgerechten . Personeel in restaurant is zeer vriendelijk.

Lovely hotel, lovely breakfast, lovely room ( we were upgraded) staff were nice. Hotel was on the beach which we loved and there's so many places to eat and drink just outside the hotel. We are going again next year because it was just so nice,we hired a bed in the hotel close to the swimming pool and you get the sun all day long and the privacy of your own double sunbed which was great, overall it was just lovely, also you can walk and walk on the beach as it's a few miles long and the water is so clean 😀

Hotel is very well positioned with easy access to the beach. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was, however, quite hard. The food was good although the desserts could have been more varied. Staff were efficient and polite. As a solo guest there were few times when I felt ignored especially when coming in for dinner waiting to give an order for drinks. I think staff need to be more welcoming of solo travellers. A special thank you to Rosa who cleaned the room and hopefully her cart will not escape again. She will know what I mean! All in all it was a lovely stay in a lovely hotel. I will certainly return once the refurbishments are done. Thank you.

Just returned from a fabulous 11 night holiday. We had a room with a side sea view lovely spacious room, walk in shower (rooms with a bath also available), mini fridge, microwave, safe (extra charge). Spacious terrace with 2 chairs, table and 2 sun loungers. Always loungers around the pool. The usual suspects reserving sun beds before 9.00 despite notices. Entertainment was good and lovely lounge area. Prices for drinks very reasonable 3.50 euros for a large beer (excellent beer). We were half board and the food was delicious plenty of choice and vegetarians well catered for. The staff were very friendly. Stand out was Renata on reception who arranged for our daughter who was staying for part of our holiday to have a room near ours. The hotel is closing in the spring for refurbishment and I hope the staff get some clarity soon on what will be happening to them when it closes as it is causing them some anxiety. It was really nice to see the staff really enjoying their jobs and hope they can return when the hotel reopens. The hotel is in fabulous location just near the beach and at the quiet end of the *****. We are planning to return next October.

Would highly recommend this hotel, the rooms were spotless and very spacious, the grounds were very well kept a credit to the grounds people, we had breakfast and there was a decent choice in the morning, did not have dinner in the hotel so cannot comment. Ideally located next to the beach and with easy access to same. Pool area is very clean and we had no problem getting sunbeds as they cannot be reserved before 9am, even if the pool area was busy (never was) each room has 2 sun beds on their terrace, another big plus. My wife and I really enjoyed or stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will get back there again real soon.

Sea view room are the best room ever.the room are big bathroom very clean .just the bed 2 single I would prepare 1 double bed .doesnt matter I still give 5 star.location is excellent .it's stunning garden around the hotel.customer service are excellent .highly recommended

This hotel is a pleasure to stay in, everything about this hotel is excellent. Room was perfect for my disable husband with a walk in shower, fridge was very handy as we spent most of our days on the patio on our sun beds, lovely touch if you don’t want to go the pool. Husband had a massage while there in the spa, very relaxing experience and only £30 euros. Food was lovely breakfast was cooked omelettes of your choosing, fried eggs, and plenty of fruit and cereal to choose from, evening meal was exceptional with steak,fish and chicken all cooked in front of you with a great option to top up with salad, vegetables and of course chips. Drinks were great value in the restaurant either charge to the room or pay after your meal. Entertainment what we saw on a couple of nights was great 2 ladies singing the first night these were exceptional and got a lot of guest up dancing singing their popular songs, the other night we went was bingo and it was free to participate in which I think was a lovely touch if you won it was a bottle of cava, the host of the bingo oozed energy and did a great job of entertaining the crowd. Would I recommend this hotel 100%, we a planning another visit next year it would be rude not too

Lovely clean hotel reception staff very helpful .rooms spacious plenty off space for clothes .fridge microwave kettle hairdryer in room air-conditioning good .good walk in shower .we had a pool/sea view room .breakfast good freshly cooked eggs fried .omelette .bar round the pool expensive. Bar at evening on the dear side too only went in the night we arrived at 11pm no entertainment on .so can't comment on other night .round the pool side during the day could do with some background music .there is some activity during day but not well advertised. Hotel is in the middle of matogarda one way or puerto de carmen the other 15mins walk if you're fit each way or longer if you're a slow walker .or taxi 5mins very cheap less the 5€.plenty of place to go out to eat and see bands or play bingo or quizzes..would I go back to this hotel definitely..

Hemos estado una semana en este hotel y solo podemos decir maravillas de el. El servicio, la comida, la habitación todo de 10. Comida variada y muy rica. El personal muy majo y servicial. Ubicacion e instalaciones buenísimas. Zona tranquila aunque cerca del ambiente.
