Los tulipanes is a lovely small complex. When we arrived we were greeted by Nieves on reception. What a lovely lady, we had a very quick and efficient check in. We went into our apartment and it was lovely and clean. We soon settled in and decided to explore the area as we'd never been to lanzarote before. The room was serviced every 3 days which was fine and the housekeeper Ainoa was wonderful. We also spoke to Sara on reception as we needed help to get to Tias to watch UD LANZAROTE play a home game. Sara was extremely helpful and phoned us a taxi. We felt extremely safe, there is a keycode to enter after 8pm and we loved the apartments. We will definitely return

Room number 30. Adjoining door to next room with absolutely no privacy what so ever. Can hear every single conversation and kept awake every night and up early due to noise above. Beds are rock hard and could not walk for 2 days. One key given and unfortunately door locked shut when sitting out. Luckily I had just finished cooking, there is no emergency number and no one on sight. Any number we called was useless. I am diabetic and all my medication was inside. After around 90 min a couple helped by using a credit card to get back in!! This is a very poor experience and if I was still cooking the whole block would have been in flames. This needs sorting asap!!! Apartments are basic but you get what you pay for.

Our group really enjoyed our week long stay from the reception when we arrived until our taxi back to the airport. A very quick check in at reception. The apartments are exactly what is described so no problems there. The pool was good and no problems getting sunbeds. The snack bar is very good, with a good selection and very reasonable price. We all really enjoyed our stay.

We didn't expect it to be brilliant as it is a 3 star, very basic apartment, which is not normally a problem. But the couch was so so uncomfortable. I really couldn't sit on it. So basically sat in a garden chair all week. Room 38 is what we had. Because it's the last apartment, the cleaning staff and repair guys use the area at the side of that apartment to do their repairs and sort their trolleys so no privacy really. Also no sunbeds down that area. They are all around the pool. The terrace furniture is really old and grubby needs changing, on a good note beds were comfy. Bar man great. Food good too, only went to reception twice. And they were good.

Great complex for a cheap holiday. Went to celebrate a 50th birthday with friends. Staff lovely, pool bar was great and the pool was unheated but perfect for a cooling dip. 15 / 20min slow walk to beach front. Shop just down the road, which has the essentials, bigger Spar on the front or a Hiperdino about 20min walk away. We only stayed for a long weekend, didnt use the kitchen so can't comment on those. If your looking for a cheap and cheerful escape then this ticks the box. Pool loungers could do with some tlc or replacing but we had our own patio that we sat on instead.

Bon séjour et personnel accueillant
Séjour d'une semaine en famille. Résidence bien placée dans Puerto Del Carmen. Facilité pour se garer à proximité. Piscine sympa mais pas chauffée. Appartement fonctionnel avec une grande terrasse. Le four est un plus. Il manque quelques accessoires (bols, carafe d'eau, plat pour le four).

Had really great stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful Aissa made our breakfast every morning a really nice young chap nothing was any bother to him he was really helpful to everybody speaking several languages fluently he is a great asset to the hotel. The young lady at reception is a very nice person also very friendly and helpful with any questions or problems not that we had any problems. The cleaning staff were smashing really friendly and have a laugh with us. The place suited us just fine and we’re coming back already booked and looking forward to seeing you all again
