Absolutely amazing place, clean, comfortable beds, perfect location, value for money

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat leichte gebrauchsspuren, aber alle Geräte haben funktioniert, alle Türen und Fenster ließen sich öffnen und schließen und das Bett war bequem. Das Personal an der Reception war freundlich und sprach auch ein passables Englisch, so das eine normale kommunikation möglich war. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist ewas minimalistisch ausgelegt und wirkt bunt zusammengesucht.

We have just arrived home from our 3rd visit to this hotel, we stayed in a sea view apartment that was clean and spacious. The small fault we found was round the hedge of shower tray and bottom of shower door was mould,but I have never met a more helpful person than Cely on reception, she was just amazing , she gave us a fantastic welcome and went above and beyond to help ,Cely is a credit to the hotel and management should take care of her.the cleaning staff were so polite especially the happy happy lady.we are trying to book again online but it keeps sending me back to 1969 lol ,it is a great place and we will be back next year ,,thank you Cely,

Just returned from a weeks stay at these apartments and have to say they were really nice. Spacious, immaculate, sleek and very modern. Lovely walk in shower. Plenty of storage space. Spotless kitchen area. Tv showing English Channels - sky news etc. Pool area was nice and never had trouble getting a sunbed despite the usual saddos feeling the need to reserve them. Pool bar was good with very friendly staff. There was sky sports showing football matches and prices were very reasonable. The beer was served in the coldest pints on the island. Perfect 👍🏻. The only downside for us was the location of the bedroom as it looked out onto the main road. This resulted in noise from buses and the dreaded bin wagon emptying the bins every morning between 6.45am and 7am. Despite this, we would happily return due to the great location

Just home from these apartments after 10 days stay. As Iron man was on jet2 couldn't drop us of at hotel, droped us of a bit of a walk away. We had to take all our cases & bags walk in dark toget to hotel, jet2 had 2 reps to show us were to go. On Arrival the lady with dark hair was a bit abrupt took passports gave us them back. Then gave us keys to apartment, said u go this way, i ask again which way, she replyed have u been here before, i said no so don't no were we are goin? U go this way rite & u will find it. We didn't no the hotel/apartments came in 2 diffrance sides of road. No this is were the pool is, the cafe nothing she just wanted ppl booked in as in her words had the day from hell & wanted to go home. This was at 9.40 pm we fond the room as soon as u opened the door the smell was hobbible very dated very dark, the bathroom had a shower with curtin that when used it it flooded the floor, on looking in to it more the hair that was in the pluge hole wasn't letting the water away.at all, no aircon at all., i went back over to the lady the desk was allready closed b4 10pm she said she was goin home take it up in morin with other person on. So next moring i asked could we be moved a lovely lady called Marile got the dairy out & looked to see wat there was free, but nothing till tuesday, up in room with veiw of pool were u could sit out & enjoy ur holiday. So we had to wait till tuesday. Have to say it was like day & nite the apartment was beautiful, morden, bright, big bathroom with natrual light coming in from above. Everything u needed for a great stay. Loved the new room. So glad the second lady took time to fix our problem. Jet2 had e.mail us to say that no one would be near building work, yet the lady on that nite put us 3 doors from the building work. When we found the pool it was great, as was the cafe bar for food, great girls working in it food great. Would return only if got the same room we had for the las 7 days. Cafe bar lose out on closeing early as some ppl just wanted to sit by pool & have quite drink so could be worth thinking about even to 10/10.30 in evening not 4.30, money could be made. Over all a great stay. But i think the lady on the 17th evening when u got there should work on her manners & ppl skills. Manners cost nothing. The other lady Marilse is a star & couldn't be nicers or more helpfull.

We stayed for 9 nights in April in a sea view apartment. It was very spacious and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were excellent, check in was very quick and easy, the chap behind reception was very helpful. We arrived quite late on a Sunday evening, all the local supermarkets were closed, he told us of one open until 10.00 pm and gave us directions. he allowed us to leave our suitcases in reception until we'd finished our shopping. The only thing stopping me from leaving 5 stars is the apartments seem to attract people who just want to get drunk silly every night and some making a noise until quit late, not the apartments fault though. Also, by the pool there is a sign stating sunbeds cannot be reserved and towels will be removed if not usedafet 60 minutes, this was totally ignored. There was one lady in particular who we saw leaving her towel on a sunbed at 08.15 in the morning, the pool opens at 09.00. She would then not return until after 11.00. The apartments need to enforce this policy or get rid of the sign altogether. We were in a great location, very close to 2 Spars and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and promenade. Overall would definiely come back. The only issues were some fellow guests had was that there were refurbishments going on. We were far enough away from them not to disturb us but a couple of people staying next to them told us it was a nightmare. I think Jet2 shoud have mentioned this on the holiday details.
