Myself and my husband returned yesterday from these apartments . We found them to be very clean had everything we needed . An iron and hairdryer fridge with small freezer compartment. There was ample sunbeds available . What we ate from restaurant was fine , drink was reasonable . There was quite a hill but we are both fit and able so wasn’t an issue but for someone with mobility issues it would be . Would definitely recommend and we will return at some point .

Came for a week during Cheltenham and Paddy's day. With the kids so wanted to spend alot of time around the pool and pool bar. Pool bar was very busy with one Scottish girl working extra hard without any help on her own and she was fantastic but we also felt sorry for her the place was chaos! Service was very slow so we did not eat here or return for drinks. The owners of these bars must get more staff or loose customers like myself. Hotel was very clean and reception are very friendly.

We stayed at these apartments 2 years ago and enjoyed our stay so booked a 4 night break since our last visit reception and snack bar has been refurbished a massive improvement Can’t fault these apartments modern clean and spacious we never had a problem getting a sunbed and it was good that they couldn’t get reserved before 9am so need to get up early to get one. Snack bar was very reasonable prices for food and drink and enjoyed our breakfasts here. Yes apartments are on a hill but it’s not too bad and only a 10 min walk to seafront.we also arrived before check in time at 3pm and gentlemen on reception was very helpful and said he would come and find us when room was available which he did about 2 hours early as well Apartments are very reasonable prices so we will definitely stay here again

We stayed at the Bitacora for the first time. The rooms are spacious and enough room around the pool area. There is a hill which would not suit anyone with walking disabilities. The restaurant is ideal. Nice food, friendly staff and sky sports football.The only negative comment is you have to pay for WiFi 3 euros daily or like us 25 euros for week. Did say they were hoping to have it put in next year. Overall,had a lovely stay.

Modern clean apartments
Lovely clean apartment on site bar and snack bar very reasonable prices. Arrived earlier than check in time and man on reception said he would come and find us when room was ready which he did and we checked in 2 hours early. Very clean modern room stayed before and since then it’s had a upgrade and would happily stay again and recommend these apartments

OK for one night but i wouldn't like to have to spend any longer in this complex. If you have limited mobility It is situated on a steep hill which has very slippery tiles on the pavement. We noticed the locals were using the road to walk on. Wifi is expensive at 6 euros a day per phone/ipad. The apartment was very basic but clean apart from the sofa bed which had seen better days. Outside space is very limited and the apartments are really close together giving you very little privacy. If you don't mind the tightly packed rows of sunbeds round the pool you will be fine. One night here was plenty and it served its purpose. Staff we met were nice and friendly.

We stayed as a couple in these lovely apartments. Very spacious and bed comfortable. Maids were helpful and cleaned the rooms to a high standard. Pool area lovely and plenty of sun beds around. A large pool and a smaller one for little kiddies. Pool bar very nice and looked new, very stylish. Showed football rugby and had bingo twice a week plus a singer once a week. Staff in there nice, especially the Scottish lass, she was very helpful and polite, nothing was to much for her also the Spanish gentleman serving the breakfasts also very polite and helpful. A good menu from breakfast snacks and dinner and priced well. All in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

These apartments are very good if a bit small. The cleaning of the apartment was first class and could not be faulted. As was the help we received from reception when it was required. We had a 2 week stay the first week the pool area was not busy however the second week the mad dash for beds started, mainly by people who then rarely used the beds. Pity as that meant we were all sitting close to each other when empty beds reserved by towels were empty. Bar area is good agai staff excellent. A few ****** would sit at the pool with glass bottles difficult to understand when so many young kids about.

It was my first visit to this hotel and I will never return the hotel itself was not to bad but the restaurant & bar was terrible not the food or drink that was very good There was a certain member of bar staff with the name off Lisa she was so unprofessional in her work so so rude and came across very aggressive on certain occasions This kind of thing can certainly ruin parts of you’re holiday So if you’re planning a holiday to the bitacora please be warned about this lady
