Hotel Lanzarote Village

Pasando las vacaciones en familia estamos disfrutando mucho. El hotel en general está genial, me gustaría hacer especial mención a la animadora Ana, por su simpatía, atención y profesionalidad. Lo pasamos muy bien en el Aquagym y en el Musicquiz con ella. Muy recomendable!

Just spent 7 nights at lanzarote village We arrived around 11.30am so had to wait a few hours for room to be ready which wasnt a problem, but when we got in the room it didn't feel like it had been cleaned to a good standard, half empty bottle of water left in the fridge, black hairs and rubbish scattered about so cleaners came back to sort out, 🤢 We paid extra for side sea view .... which you could see if you stood in the corner of the balcony 😅 just felt we were given a poor room to say we paid to upgrade to better room through easyjet Pool areas good can always get a sunbed at anytime of day 9 times out of 10, you still get usual suspects putting towels down by 8am then not appearing till 11 or 12 🤣 and staff don't seem impose the rules they point out to you when checkin in, get pool towels that you can change twice through the week off the lifeguards, plenty umbrellas so didn't have to fight for the abit of shade, We only stayed B&B and couldn't complain about the choice and quality of breakfast everything you could want and restaurant staff were very pleasant Food at pool bar was very reasonable price and drinks reasonably priced if staying BB OR HB, Hotels location is located between matagorda and start of puerto del carmen front so good 10 min walk eitherway to restaurants and main bars but cheap enough in a taxi every so often around €4.50 There's a sports court but you have to pay €10 to use it unless your AI Overall we had a good stay and would return in the future as the hotel is only smallish but had everything you needed without the hustle and bustle of a large hotel .... would of gave it a solid 5/5 if the cleanliness of the room a couple of occasions could of been better

We had an amazing time at Hotel Lanzarote village. We were a party of myself and husband, grown son and his grandad. We were given rooms next door to each other which was fabulous with a Seaview. Both rooms were immaculate and cleaned well. Beds were comfortable and the showers were fabulous. Air con wasn't the best but it kept us cool. The facilities in the hotel were kept immaculate. Plenty of sunbeds and always some available. The staff in the dining room were amazing, very friendly and even remembered our drinks order! The food was good and always something to eat. It was always hot. The pool isn't huge but that wasn't a problem. Not much in the way of entertainment but that's what we like and it was lovely to not have constant loud music around the pool all day as in some hotels. The area was perfect, a good walk to the shops but easily broken up by ice cream stops and a very easy wander towards Puerto del Carmen with some lovely bars and shops. Beauty facilities were offered in the sister hotel but these weren't available due to refurbishment, it was a shame as my treat on holiday was going to be a manicure! All in all an amazing hotel, with fabulous staff.

The hotel was lovely we got upgraded to a beach view room which was a bonus. The rooms where an nice size with a nice size bathroom, clean every day with a fresh bottle of water. The pool was clean and plenty of loungers with a lovely jacuzzi. The food was really good with so much option for all 3 meals and a good choice of hot snacks at the pool side bar. It's nice as it just half mile from where things get busy leaving it not to far from anything and quite during the night. Besides the entertainment there was nothing to fault and speaking to other people on holiday there I noticed a few are returning customers.

We stayed her at the beginning of July. This is our second stay at the hotel. The rooms are absolutely spotless with towels changed daily if you require. We had a sea view room and loved to sit on the balcony looking out. The pool area is fantastic. Never a battle for a sunbed and the whole area is kept lovely and clean. My son went to the kids club each day and absolutely loved it. The young girl Selina is amazing with the kids. The food can be a hit and miss. Breakfast is the same each day, lots of eggs! Lunch and dinner could be repetitive, most dishes were pork. We always managed to find something to eat. The snack bar at the pool was exceptional especially if you have kids with you, we found there was a lot more choice there for our son than at the main buffet. The evening entertainment was pretty poor, it had definitely went downhill from last year. We were all inclusive but were confused when we ordered cocktails as we were given pre mixed yet people paying were made cocktails fresh. Surely they should be of the same standard?? All in all we had a lovely stay and will return again as the location of the hotel and the relaxed vibe is excellent. I just hope the hotel gets a better standard of evening entertainment. The animation team doing bingo for 30 minutes twice within a week doesn’t count as entertainment for me, especially as it was over by 9pm.

Have just returned after a fantastic week away at this lovely hotel. Our party consisted of 4 adults, one teen and two young children. Customer service superb throughout- had a query before arrival that was addressed immediately. We ordered a cot which wasn’t in the room when we arrived but was immediately rectified within minutes.Staff very helpful, respectful and polite throughout. Hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere and staff constantly cleaning . Rooms were replenished and cleaned each day. Toiletries and water provided. Rooms were spacious with tea , coffee and water. Fridge and safe ( for an extra charge) I found the beds comfortable. Balcony was huge with a clothes dryer for wet costumes . Pool area was lovely. Plenty of sun beds and 2 quieter sun decks. Towels provided too. Pool cleaned everyday. There is a smaller pool for children which was ideal for the little ones. Larger pool is very deep - I’m 5ft tall and could only stand right by the steps! Both pools were very cold when you first got in but gorgeous once you got used to it! Food was lovely. Plenty of it and plenty of variety. Deserts were a little limited but there was ice cream and fresh and dried fruits, cheese and biscuits and rolls with every meal. All buffet style. Hot food was fresh and hot which is unusual for this type of all inclusive, in my experience, and it wasn’t like feeding time at the zoo, which we have experienced elsewhere. Again, all very well presented and clean. Bar food was delicious and available all day. Lots of drinks included but not all. My only real gripe ( which didn’t affect us greatly) was that the entertainment was a bit lacking. There was a children’s disco every night except Sundays which was nice for the little ones. After the children’s disco there was the evening entertainment but on the whole, it was quite poor. The queen tribute act was not great and he sang songs that were not by queen! They did have a few companies set up with stalls with crafts and jewellery each night, which was a lovely touch. Overall this is a wonderful hotel for families of all ages. We had a wonderful time and would throughly recommend!
