Hotel Floresta

Checked out this morning following 10 days all inclusive. We are a family of four (ages 15 & 12). This hotel is fantastic. From the staff at reception, kitchen, bar, cleaners and entertainment, they were all extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Complex is spotless and the food is varied and plentiful. Would highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to our return.

Never again.. Food terrible breakfast cold.. Pineapple juice was horrible tasted off.. Bread hard.. Hot water there was none Dinner just as bad Same rubbish served up everyday.. We didn't expect la-carte but food we cnt actual eat.. I'm feeling rather sick today dinner even salad was simply crap.. Dnt believe revives about food been delish n varied most must have stayed at other hotel for food I must say staff every pleasant n smiles. But chef can only do what ingredients but might need a refresher course to maintain standards.. If I could I would book out into other hotel that how bad it is

Floresta is a great choice for a family holiday, 9 of us went in total. Room on arrival was great, separate bedroom away from main living space, room overlooked main pool area which was perfect. Visited daily by green birds who liked to be hand fed peanuts. Location of hotel is great with a good selection of bars and restaurants all in walking distance with a short taxi ride into main PDC area if looking for more. Rooms cleaned daily, grounds spotless, tennis court good, choice of drinks great, food had a good selection, only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I would have liked some quietly played pool side music but there wasn’t any. Great excursion we done was aventura lanza buggies, 3 hrs on road/off road touring the island, picked up from outside hotel.

This was our third holiday at this hotel where we’ve always book a room overlooking the pool. We find it comfortable and adequately stocked with cutlery etc. We were half board and found the food good with plenty of choice. The dining room can be noisy at times if there are families/large groups of people but that didn’t matter to us. The pool is heated salt water and is large enough to get a good swim even if there are plenty of others enjoying themselves. It is very well situated near to lots of bars and restaurants some of which have evening entertainment. We visited The Guinness Tavern on three nights where they had some good singers and showed live football and another at Marcos. The staff are very friendly and the rooms cleaned every day. We were very happy and the weather was perfect.

Only here for one night. Rooms a good size comfy bed and dead quiet and dark to sleep in. The foods good 2 good sizes pools and right across the road for the beach. We just got the local bus here €1.40 3 stops from airport if goes to terminal 2 Would stay again perfect for what we needed

Forgot to add my review. Stayed in Sept 24 for 9 nights. Arrived around 930pm check in was fine and was advised there was cold food served around 10pm for us arriving which I thought was nice as some places in the past I’ve stayed in never had this. Requested a balcony over looking the main pool and got what we asked for , couldn’t fault the room’s very spacious had an issue with the fan in living room what was fixed minutes after speaking to reception, Pool was nice plenty of sun beds no drama in getting a bed . Food was fine we were all inclusive and still went out a fe night to eat out, drinks in all inclusive pool bar was fine too nothing to write home about but we were fine with it. Location is good not far from the beach we decided to use the beach around the bay towards the Sol hotel rather than the beach over the road from the hotel. We have rebooked for this September and look forward to returning for 2 weeks this year .
