Labranda Playa Club

Lovely apartments, the complex is well laid out and kept very clean. The room was spacious to big bedrooms, bathroom kitchen and lounge area was a good size for 3 adults. Air con was included in the price and not a separate cost which was good. The apartments are a great location for shops, restaurants and the beach - they are only a few minutes away but you are off the main road so it’s not noisy. Great small pool for kids and not too busy with sunbed but note you need to be up before 7am to get one. Definitely recommend for couples or families. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the food there but the wee bar by the pool had a selection of snack, ice creams and drinks.

Stayed at the playa club in 2022 and loved the location so booked again for 2024 . Rooms been upgraded so a lot more modern . We had a room overlooking the pool which was spacious and clean . Slight downside noisy delivery at 7am most days but not long so didn’t disturb us too much . On checking in we had a large group which took a while to check in but all friendly and helpful . The pool area is kept clean and we had no issues with getting a sunbed . Loved the parakeets in the area. Kids enjoyed feeding them . Location wise it’s perfect for getting to the huge choice of bars and restaurants . Looking to come back October 2025

Having looked at all the reviews before I booked I was looking forward to the newly refurbished apartments, but was very disappointed, Kitchen wasnt very well equiped the fridge was very old and rusty, there are no plug sockets in the apartment just one in the bedroom in the corner of the room near the floor, one in the hall outside the toilet and one in the kitchen, we bought an a three plug extension lead so we could plug things in. the TV only had Spanish French and German channels, No english,.if you want to get a sun bed at all you better get up very early to (reserve one) and then basically just leave it all day unattended as no one will question it. we decided to move into others apartments on the main strip after two nights and spend the other 7 nights of our holiday with a nicer and well equipped apartment including TV with Netflix etc. this is the first time I have ever done a review, but want to give people a heads up to avoid this place at all costs.

I spent five nights here last week as a single occupant at the Labranda Playa Club in Lanzarote and really enjoyed my stay, The staff are very friendly and the grounds around the complex where immaculately kept. The apartments have been refurbished and are a stones through from the beach, bars and restaurants and although right in the middle of everything the apartment complex is exceptionally quiet on a evening. I have to address one point which always comes up at this place which is sunbeds. I went into the resort with an open view but the reviews are correct, every sun bed has a towel clipped to it with nobody using the bed, I observed this for the length of my stay and this is no poor reflection on the Labranda staff, this is simply people being selfish. There are plenty of beds around the pool and grassed areas so the issue isn't with the amount of beds, so I just thought I would make this point clear. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for single travellers, couples and families, and I'm sure I'll be back again.

Spent 11 nights at The Labranda Playa Club. I emailed to request a ground floor apartment with a walk in shower which I got so pleased about that as I have walking difficulties.We had an apartment not far from reception. Checking in was no problem .Receptionist was nice and friendly. But the nighttime receptionist wasn’t as friendly. She never once said good evening just kept looking at her computer. No people skills. Could get a sunbed first 3 days but there was a lot of beds with towels on where no one and I mean no one came and used !! Why put a towel on a bed and not use it.?? So we went to the beach which was far better .Our apartment was a refurbished one. Very nice .cleaners changed our towels and sheets when we requested them to. All the utensils needed for our stay. Location is spot on .Restaurants, Bars and shops on your doorstep also bus stop and taxi rank. Apartment could do with a few more plug sockets. The female lifeguard was friendly but the male lifeguard just sat on his chair looking bored . Would be better with 2 pools to accommodate the amount of apartments on the complex. Kept nice and clean .Pool bar food was nice. The staff there were really nice. Having said all that we would go back again . We did have a really nice holiday .

Had a fantastic stay, Everything as requested, ground floor room close to pool as have walking difficulties. Everyone very friendly and helpful from the receptionists to the maids to the maintenance men to the lifeguard, would recomend to family to stay, will be back soon, love it here. First time in these apartments and was a little dubious due to some negative comments but what can I say … from check in to check out everything was perfect, rooms lovely and clean staff all friendly, plenty of sun beds found the drinks at the pool bar where not good value for money so used the bar just outside of the hotel which was brilliant., in a ideal location for all bars and restaurants will definitely be back

Good location close to the front and walking distance to all amenities. Rooms were clean and serviced regularly. Usual niggle about towels on loungers from early morning and not being used. Just take them off! Deposit boxes, check your room before paying for a box, some rooms the boxes are digital so you don’t need to pay! Negative, our rooms 130/131 were right next to the external recycling bins, in particular the glass recycling which was used by all the local bars and restaurants at ALL times of day and night.

Beautiful modern spacious apartment with two large balconies, one of the balcony even had a fold out cloth horse .close to the stripe and all restaurants and bars . Lovely pool ware with lots of sun beds both a kids and adults pool . Shop on site
