The location cannot be faulted, right in the middle of the resort with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in close proximity. Efficient check in, rooms are large clean and have a sea view. They are fairly basic but have everything you need for a self contained room. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, hairdrier etc.

Seriously the food is the absolute pits! Don’t bother with All inclusive unless you want it for the drinks ? I’m actually currently here. We can stomach most things and happy with basic food however I’ve yet to find any meat that’s just plain and simple like grilled chicken breast that you could even have with a salad for your evening meal. Rice undercooked hard in the core. Tinned peaches from breakfast served with a salad dressing in the middle at lunch 😀 Breakfast slimy scrambled eggs 😩 The actual dining room is like a depressing prison cell too 🫣 We will eat out for the rest of holidays plenty of fantastic restaurants on the strip.

Staff- 5* Very helpful and pleasant. Food 3* It was brilliant for the first 3-4 days, then went right down hill. I couldn't understand the bad food reviews at first, then.... boom! If you like fish in tomato based sauce, you'll be fine :) Disability friendly- 0* We actually booked this through a travel agent, explained our disability and yet they recommended this hotel to us. The only thing we specified was the canaries and not too far from the beach. This hotel is full of stairs, stairs up to the room, to reception, stairs up to the main pavement bit, stairs to the rooms. Don't get me wrong, there are a couple of ramps, but you wouldn't be able to walk up and down them if you have knee problems for example. There are tiny lifts, but they did the job getting from room to Reception/restaurant. But then it was stairs down to the pool, stairs down to the bar. Stairs, stairs, stairs. So, I'd say if you're a stick user to avoid this one. We spoke to one woman who was going down the ramp on a mobility scooter, she said it was like a roller coaster lol. So I'm actually more annoyed at the travel agent for this one than I am with the hotel. Hotel in itself was wonderful. Apartments are a decent size, beds are comfortable, actually has a kitchen for those who are SC, or HB. Everything was spotless clean. Really actually loved the hotel, if I didn't have disabilities, I would have loved it a bit more, but they must be doing something right as there were people we spoke to that were returning guests , the staff are a credit to the hotel. The pool was freezing, but hey ho, that's life, it did have gradual steps into the pool as well as ladders so that's a plus for some disabled guests. The usual sunbed rush starts at 8:30 every morning and other guests will knock you over to get a better spot at the pool, chuck their towels on them and disappear for the day.

4th time at this hotel. Clean, decent food, nice pool and bar area. Just up from beach, bars and shops. Ignore bad reviews. This is not a 5* hotel and just very basic all inclusive. Free food and drink, thats about it. We go out every day and night to explore so this is just a very nice base for us. Its not the hotels fault silly people decide to stand at daft hours to get the first sun bed. Each time we go we see a number of same guests so at least a number of people like it. The beds are great you just sink in them and you can have a great sleep, food ok dinning room needs to be bigger with the amount of people that go there, pool area a bit small too but if you get a sunbed then they are good, and WiFi should be free you are already paying for your trip why pay more for WiFi.
