The location cannot be faulted, right in the middle of the resort with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in close proximity. Efficient check in, rooms are large clean and have a sea view. They are fairly basic but have everything you need for a self contained room. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, hairdrier etc.

This is the 2nd time weve been to this hotel, not as good as the first we stayed 2yrs ago, food very poor, big mad rush for the sunbeds then no ones on them for hours, the cost of the Wi-Fi at 20 Euro for the week on 1 device is disgusting when most places these days it free. Plus side bar staff very very good and no issues with the drinks i.e. how many you can have etc. There's a steep climb up to the hotel from the beach, and there's loads of steps and ramps within the hotel complex so if you are not good on your legs etc you need to consider this. Wont be coming back to this hotel.

Location perfect hotel rooms good comfy beds.child free which is good for us. Problem with birds fouling the balcony and me not impressed was on 3rd floor and dud not use balcony for this reason good kitchen with fridge freezer. Half board and the food was not good at all bland cold and not great choice ate out. Pool area small hence gates shut opened at 0900 and queues and stampede for beds. Never experienced this before so although hotel location and rooms good would not return.

First time here, have walked past it in many occasions when stayed in Lanzarote and was very happy with everything. I went with my dad and the lovely staff Maisey included could not be more helpful and polite. We were upgraded and our room was large, clean, comfortable. The staff work very hard and I never came across anyone that was impolite. The balcony is great to sit out on and the room is cleaned with fresh towels every other day. We went for breakfast most mornings and there is a choice of English type breakfast, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, a coffee machine. All the staff in there are work hard collecting plates and giving an excellent service. Again all very polite. We had a small issue with the shower head and it was rectified the same day. Have not tried the evening meal yet as we tend to go out to the local restaurants, though as per a previous review you cannot pay for a burger and expect a steak! The hotel is excellent value and we have had a lovely holiday here. It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the main strip. There is a Spa shop just outside the main gates. We would definitely recommend this hotel again. Thank you to all the hard working staff who have made our stay a lovely experience. Go home Sunday and will have been here for 6 nights. J & B

This was the second time we visited Los Hisbiscos, this time we were in block c with a sea view The room was well equipped with a fantastic view across to the sea The daily housekeeping was good even had a bed sheet change after 2 days 99% of the staff were lovely especially the cleaners and the lady with glasses behind the bar. However one of the restaurant staff was extremely rude to my wife accusing her of already eating in the restaurant at lunchtime infront of other guests when we had only just been scanned in for the first time that day ,the way she handled it was appalling, all she had to do was check with her colleague or just ask whether she had been scanned in- also she didn't ask the other couple who came in at the same time as us I did raise this at reception when it happened This was a terrible end to our break away and unfortunately we will not return due to the actions of this one person
