Apartamentos Moraña

Apartment really good. Very spacious. A bit dated but totally adequate. Really good shower pressure and always plenty hot water. Small 2 ring hob and microwave and a fridge. No where to heat things up though ie pizza etc. Small shop and cafe on site. Takeaway food available and a few tables and chairs outside. Nice pool although not heated so in January not many people used it. 1 bedroom apartment great size and we used the bed settee every night but noticed the sheets were not changed as often as bedroom sheets I'm not sure why. Towels in bathroom changed everything the room cleaned. Plenty wardrobe space. Safe in bedroom payable etc. The tv was a bit of a fail not many channels and the ones you had were no good to watch ie no sound. You can pay €50 a stay which is refundable when you leave for a handset so you could use Internet for YouTube etc. That made it better. Towards the end of our stay we got a lot of groups of people who got a lot to drink and got very very loud to the point that we were unable to sit out on our balcony as they were sat round pool shouting and swearing although children were present. Nothing was done about it so it did spoil our last few days. Staff helpful with bags etc as just quite a few stairs to upper floors. Quite a bit of noise from rooms above and next to you but not too bad. Overall a great stay only spoilt by some other guests. Great location for shops bars beach etc. Yes it is on cardiac hill but it is doable.

We booked 4 apartment in The Morana for my brother 50th Birthday. The apartment were fantastic, clean ,modern and in a great location. I would definitely recommend these apartment and I would stay here again . The staff were very friendly and the receptionist was very welcoming to us.

Very central location...2 mins and you are in the middle of everything. Lovely apartments. Cleanliness excellent and cleaned every 2 days.Reception staff very friendly and efficient. All in all top class and highly recommended. Our 2nd time there and we will return.10 out of 10 for everything. Handy little mini market 2 mins up from the property.Very handy and convenient..well stocked.

We have now visited the Morana five times since February 2017. Obviously we had to have a break during the lockdown COVID 19 travel restrictions. We always visit in early February as my partner's birthday is on 5th and it is a good opportunity to enjoy some winter sun. On all five visits we have always enjoyed a pool view in the 400 room series (404, 405, 406, 408 & 413). The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean and we often joke that housekeeping and the grounds staff actually catch the blossom and leaves before it touches the ground. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and we would never consider returning if our experience ever slipped below 5*. The one thing you may have heard of is that the hotel is located at the top of a very short and steep hill (often referred to as heart attack hill), but this is not an issue, even to a couple in their mid-sixties with my partner's knee making her a little prone to mobility issues. We can highly recommend the Morana and there is nothing more relaxing than enjoying breakfast on the apartment's terrace overlooking the pool with an ocean view. See photos.

What a lovely place! Apartment well presented and equipped fresh and clean, lovely pool with a nice friendly pool bar and a fantastic raised sun terrace “the solarium “ with fantastic views over the beach and deep blue ocean, you can lie in the sun and when there are waves you can hear the sea. A great location easy for the beach 3 min and bars restaurants and shops. All the staff were polite and helpful. A real gem. ;) and a come back place

We had a 2 bed on the lower block. The apartment was so comfortable, spacious, absolutely spotless clean, really modern and fresh. Had all practical amenities. So close to the min strip, location wise, could not ask for a better spot. Would happily recommend and return.
