Really nice staff, yet quite noisy at any time...The walls and balcony doors are just useless...could hear maintenance sound of the terrace, peole chatting, and even TV programs from the next room all night...

Excelente ubicacion. Muy buen servicio, pero la verdad eria ideal actualizar las instalaciones.

Buenos dias amigos de Tripadvisor hace años que queria haberme alojado en este hotel por culpa de la Pandemia no pudo ser alfin lo logre primero desde Octubre pasado este hotel paso a ser Only Adults. que yo persona mayor agradezco 2º cercano a todo mar Lagos Martianez Bus etc se esta reformando se nota pintura ventanas nuevas " falta el cambio de Bañera por Ducha " cosas a favor Piscina exterior pero Climatizada comprobado nos bañamos varios dias ya que la mar estaba muy picada por el fuerte viento Limpieza muy buena especial al personal de la sexta planta atentas y muy seviciales gracias chicas Recepcion mucho personal a cualquier hora atento siempre con una sonrisa solucionando nuestros problemas destaco al Sº. Alfredo gracias . restauracion ,Variada ensaladas verduras sopas plancha en vivo carne ,pescado arroces varios , frutas pasteleria etc desayunos con Cava personal de sala recogida de platos rapida muy bien chicos Animacion equipo profesional joven y dinamico juegos para pasar el rato si te quedas en el hotel por la noche Bingo gratuito mientras los artistas preparan su Show instalaciones generales grandes techos altos en fin quede satisfecho de mi eleccion volveria pero en otra epoca con mejor tiempo gracias ...

Stayed at this hotel in December 2024, the location is great and the food is OK. The one lift however does not stop level with the floor and my partner tripped over and fell into the lift. I reported it twice to reception and once to the Tui rep only to find that in February 2025 reviews are still saying the lift is not level with the floor when I was told it would be repaired. Some old dear is going to have a nasty fall if it is not repaired. Health and safety is NOT a priority in this hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right on the promenade with great sea views and easy access to good shops and bars. Puerto de la Cruz is clean, pleasant, Spanish in character and not tacky - we were surprised. Only saw one English / Irish bar, which was great! The hotel is a little dated but clean, with nice staff. We had a balcony sea view room on floor 10. The views are excellent but there is no sun on the front. The pool was pleasant with plenty of sunbeds. We were half board but only ate in the restaurant twice on an evening as it's very much like a bustly canteen - no atmosphere and not relaxing. The food was OK for a buffet, self service type of venue but not great as a lot of the food was cold. Would recommend Puerto de la Cruz as a resort.
