Room was well equipped with necessities. But it wasn’t as spacious, balcony was there. Location id really good and have friendly staff. View from the hotel was AMAZING.

Although we come to Puerto regularly this was our first stay here and we were on the whole very pleased. We were allocated room 909 which had a sea/Lago Martinez view even though we had only paid for a standard room. The room, like much of the hotel is quite dated but everything you need for a short stay is provided and it is exceptionally clean throughout. Beds were comfortable and the pillows (3 each) were of good quality too. The air conditioning was also excellent, which makes a welcome change as in many hotels it can tend to be ineffective at times. We were also surprised at how efficient the lift service was, with being on one of the upper floors we expected long waits at peak times but this was not the case. The pool and pool area is not the biggest but we managed to get beds on the day we spent there. However, it was quite early, around 9.30 and others struggled to find somewhere to sit, especially if they wanted shade as there are no parasols with the beds that are on the grassed area. The pool snack bar offers a good service with drinks very reasonably priced for a hotel. We were booked on a bed and breakfast basis and can honestly say the breakfast was excellent. A wide range of cereals, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, salad and of course hot items were available. All were constantly replenished and the areas kept clean and tidy. We did not use the main bar but had several coffees and drinks on the outside terrace at the front of the hotel. Although service could be a little slow at busy times staff were friendly and helpful and apologised for any extended wait. It's a great spot to people watch. The location of the hotel is it's main selling point and the price for two nights, at just €160 for us represented excellent value and we would not hesitate to return here again.
