You get what you pay for. Bargain price, for a bargain room. I was only there for 1 night, and it served me well. The staff where great.

ottima posizione, personale molto gentile, bella la piscina. abbiamo soggiornato un una camera non ristrutturata e sicuramente ha bisogno di essere rivista ma era piuttosto pulita.

Sauber, die Lage ist super, nah am Strand und auch zu allen Bars.

Fantastic stay! Please ignore the low reviews. This hotel is really really nice and such good value. Modern, pool on the roof top, sunbeds, balconies for each of the rooms, mini studio type rooms with a big wet room, little kitchen area and a big tv, even provided robes, slippers and room refreshed everyday. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. Breakfast has alot of variety, coffee machine, juices, fruits, cereals with all the toppings, cakes, salads, cheese, cold meats, pancakes, waffles and fry up options to start your day. Dinner is also really well priced if you didn't fancy venturing out for food. There was a bar on the entrance level that had cocktails on the go and music playing, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. I traveled solo and had a fab stay. Would definitely return. Really good location close to the beach, bus station and a very walk into the centre. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My second time here now and This is now my go to hotel In puerto! Staff are all friendly and rooms are immaculate! Beds are comfortable too.

Всё соответствует описанию и фотографиям, чисто, уютно, персонал отзывчивый, рядом магазин, ларёк с экскурсиями, автобусная станция, пляж (волны, постоянно красный флаг), можно дойти до городского пляжа с бассейнами, природа очень красивая, все супер.

Wir waren für eine Woche im Skyview Hotel auf Teneriffa und hatten leider einen eher durchwachsenen Aufenthalt. Dabei hätte das Hotel eigentlich alles, um ein richtig schönes Urlaubsziel zu sein – aber es fehlt spürbar an Liebe zum Detail. Lage & Umgebung: Die Lage ist top – zentral, mit kurzer Entfernung zur Altstadt, zum Strand und direkt in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben: der Pool auf dem Dach im 7. Stock. Von dort hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Teide und das Meer. Ein echter Pluspunkt! Zimmer: Unser Zimmer wirkte noch nicht renoviert – altmodische Ausstattung und ein insgesamt etwas abgewohnter Eindruck. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht, bekommen haben wir zwei Einzelbetten. Erst nach zwei Nächten wurde daraus ein „Doppelbett“ gemacht – leider ohne richtige Bettdecke, sondern nur mit einer großen Tagesdecke für uns beide. Die Dusche hatte keinen Spritzschutz, wodurch das Bad nach jeder Nutzung nass war, und das Wasser fiel beim Duschen immer wieder kurzzeitig komplett aus. Oberflächlich war das Zimmer in Ordnung, aber oben in den Schränken war erkennbar, dass dort sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Service & Personal: Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – besonders die britische Mitarbeiterin war ein echtes Highlight. Auch der Barkeeper war sehr nett. Im Restaurantbereich war der Service hingegen größtenteils unfreundlich bis lustlos. Einzig ein junger Kellner (Name leider nicht genau gemerkt – Dau…?) stach durch Freundlichkeit und Engagement positiv hervor. Frühstück: In Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Auswahl war grundsätzlich ausreichend, aber vieles wirkte wie Fertigprodukte. Pancakes oft hart und kalt, Rührei breiig, Bacon ausgetrocknet. Käse, Aufschnitt und Marmelade waren okay. Abendessen: Es gab täglich wechselnde Themenabende (z. B. kanarisch, Streetfood, indisch), aber leider war das Buffet meist enttäuschend. Viele Speisen lagen lange aus, waren kalt oder trocken. Pommes gab es jeden Abend – meist lauwarm. Auch eher unpassend: Fischstäbchen beim indischen Abend. Die Qualität des Essens war insgesamt niedrig. Die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal war oft laut und unruhig – unter anderem durch viele anwesende Schulklassen. Unsere Empfehlung: Die Halbpension lieber weglassen und stattdessen in den vielen netten Restaurants in der Umgebung essen gehen – das lohnt sich definitiv. Bar: Positiver Eindruck. Der Barkeeper war sehr freundlich, die Preise stimmten, das Ambiente okay. Fazit: Das Skyview Hotel hat viele Voraussetzungen, um ein schönes Urlaubshotel zu sein – tolle Lage, schöner Ausblick, ein paar engagierte Mitarbeiter. Aber leider spürt man insgesamt zu wenig Herzblut im Betrieb. Es wirkt eher wie ein „laufen lassen“, statt ein Ort, der mit Liebe geführt wird. Und das merkt man in vielen kleinen Details.

Modern furniture, kitchen and bathroom. Large room and balcony. Plenty of plug sockets for chargers etc. Well equipped kitchen. Can hear some noise from neighbouring rooms. Open shower has very high showerhead which cannot be repositioned so water floods the bathroom floor. Check in time at the hotel is 3pm and not 2pm as stated in *******. Good value for money and I would stay here again

Stayed here for my 38th birthday at the end of January 2025. The hotel is clean but extremely basic. If you’re looking for lovely seaviews from your balcony then this definitely not the place for you. There were no pictures/paintings on the walls or tv in the room and my balcony faced a block of flats. The bathroom was a decent largish wet room with a toilet and sink. There was no shower curtain/door which meant that having a shower would wet the majority of the bathroom/wetroom floor. The reception team were friendly and polite but when I asked for a room change as I was here for my birthday and my room nowhere near matched any of the rooms on their website I was simply told there’s nothing he could do about it or change my room which was very disappointing. The location is decent, there are a few shops within a 3min walking distance as well as the bus station and town is about a 10-15min stroll.
