It’s a great choice to stay in that hotel. It has chicken and a lovely balcony. Very suitable for home holiday!

Nos dieron la mejor vista a la Cala y con todas las facilidades posibles en cuanto a aparcamiento

Al llegar tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron de habitación. Hay bastantes insectos dentro de las habitaciones por lo demás, todo genial.

Tal vez no sean las mejores fotografías para mostrar el lugar, pero pueden ver el espacio de la habitación y la vibra veraniega mallorquina que emerge de ella. Nos toco un apartamento con cocina y sus accesorios, cafetera, horno y lavaplatos. Una cama súper cómoda y espaciosa, con enchufes a ambos lados de la cama para cargar tanto portátiles como móviles. Lavabo con ducha, toallas y shampoo/gel incluido. Un lugar espectacular para pasar unos días en la isla. La instalación tiene a su disposición una piscina y unas pistas de tenis. Muy cerca de la playa y de una cala Preciosa. Cuando estuvimos, solo estaban abiertos los supermercados de Portocolom, pero justo en frente del recinto hay un Spar para las compras.

Les points positifs : logement pour 4 personnes très spacieux, rénovation du logement soignée et moderne, climatisation, terrasse assez grande, lave vaisselle et petit électroménager disponible. La literie est correcte. Pour l’extérieur belle végétation méditerranéenne du jardin, stationnement limité mais on trouve quand même facilement un stationnement au sein de la résidence ou dans la rue. Le personnel de l’accueil est sympathique (un grand merci particulier à Elio) et serviable. L’Enorme atout de la résidence est son emplacement privilégié avec la crique de Cala Marçal : c’est une magnifique crique de sable fin à deux pas, l’eau est transparente et pas dangereuse pour les enfants. Proximité des restaurants de bord de plage de qualité, le spar juste à côté. Plus aussi pour la tranquillité du lieu. Les moins : malheureusement nombreux dus au manque d’investissement par Pierre et Vacances pour entretenir et faire vivre le lieu. La piscine se dégrade et est trop profonde. Une odeur d’égout est souvent présence. L’ancien restaurant a été laissé à l’abandon comme le bar. Dommage de ne pas lui avoir donné un autre usage si la volonté n’est pas de proposer une restauration. Les terrains de foot (pas de filet de but et de basket, grillage cassé) et de squash sont aussi laissés à l’abandon. Pas de jeux pour les enfants (type toboggan). Un seul parasol sur la terrasse côté piscine. Aucune animation pour les enfants la journée ni d’animation le soir. D’ailleurs peu d’animation dans le village en soirée à part des restaurants calmes (musique live dans un seul restaurant). Si vous cherchez une animation festive ce n’est pas le bon endroit. Pour l’intérieur du logement : pas de lave linge (laverie payante), pas d’étendoir à linge juste un petit pour les maillots, pas de torchon, pas d’économe à légume, un égouttoir de mauvaise qualité et instable (attention au risque de casser de la vaisselle). Le ménage est effectué superficiellement et seulement tous les 5jours. Pas d’aspirateur disponible dans l’appartement. L’insonorisation est minimale et en fonction des voisins cela peut être bruyant. Les chaises peu stables contribuent au bruit. Globalement c’est un lieu reposant et son attrait principal repose sur la proximité et la beauté de la crique. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines ce qui est un peu long en raison du manque d’animation mais les visites de Santanyi, cala d’or, porto Cristo, Palma… permettent de changer d’air de temps en temps.

Warm welcome from reception, great views from our balcony but rather noisy with deliveries to local spar shop think was everyday. Perfect location for a beach holiday, shops, and restaurants within close proximity. Bar on the beach had great vibes, views, and friendly staff. The only disappointment was the bathroom continually smelt musty and shower panel needed a clean, including toiletries holders. Also, the bar on site was never open.

On arrival we were greeted and given a warm welcome. Please note €200 euros will need to be paid on a credit card or in cash. (Not debit card). We walked to the nearest supermarket (eroski) and got a taxi back which cost us about £9 with all food shopping for the week. It worked out a lot cheaper doing this. There is a beautiful little restaurant across the road called VistaSol which we visited a few times. Only eating there on the last night and we wish we did it sooner as the food was beautiful- service was fantastic too. Wish I had known a bit more about possible excursions in the area like boat tours. Would have been nice to see a bit more information advertised about this. We visited the market of Santanyí which is held every Wednesday and Saturday 10:00 - - 14:00. Highly recommend! Fantastic place to visit for food, drink, culture, music and home made gifts. We got the majority of our gifts this day as everything was so beautiful. Only issue was leaving the market. There is one area only known as the “taxi rank” waiting area. We Joined the back of the queue and waited for at least 1 hour 20 mins. It appears they have only a few taxis operating. If you can book a private excursion then I’d recommend this - it is honestly worth it though. Try the fresh olives when you are there from the main olive store! Beautiful. The pool life guards at the hotel were friendly especially the gentleman with the longer hair. He helped my mum getting out the pool which he didn’t need to. Always had a smile on his face : D Pros - it was quiet (maybe too quiet) Pool area was cleaned every day. It closed at 7pm They had no issue with us drinking our own drinks or snacks by the sun beds Plenty of sun beds to choose from Air con worked brilliantly in our room. Facilities were adequate for our stay Bed and pillows were very comfy. Cons- no bar open. No food available at the hotel. No oven in our room - just microwave and stove. Beds and towels were only changed once in our stay. No live music or entertainment Hotel has NO lift If you do smoke you will be asked to smoke outside the grounds when sunbathing. Handy tips - there is a spa shop located 2 min walk away from the hotel There is an ATM cash machine located right outside the hotel Highly recommend a travel card like Monzo if you are travelling abroad as it doesn’t charge fees when paying on your card There is a handful of restaurants on the beach front. If you want a front seat facing the beach they are often taken or reserved. Top tip - book one week in advance in busy summer periods to guarantee sea view table. If you smoke there is a cigarette machine inside the restaurant c’an Bernat. For the beach it was €18 euros for the sun beds all day. Think we paid about the same for the hire of a pedalo too which you have one hour to use it. Treated ourself to a thai massage (only 20 min walk) however do your research before as they are not as relaxing as we thought! Haha…. Be mindful if yo

Second time at this hotel. Had a great experience both times. No issues with smelly drains. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Very close to a beautiful beach so the pool is never too busy and sun loungers available. Quiet and peaceful location. Lovely family holiday and have had wonderful holidays each time. Worth booking at local restaurants as they get quite busy , but we always found some where to eat without booking. I didn't mind the bar being closed as it was nice and quiet in the evening and could sit on the balcony and relax.

Une très belle résidence, rénovée avec sa piscine, son citystade. Très bien placée, proche des commerces et de la plage Cala Marçal. Appartement spacieux, bonne literie. Accueil et personnel agréable. Les points faibles sont: Équipements de cuisine trop faible. Fermeture de la piscine à 19h00. Bar et restaurant de la résidence fermés. Fréquence du ménage trop faible. 2 semaines très agréable en famille, je recommande
