幫我媽媽代購，訂酒店，他説早餐不好吃，但位置還不錯，所以續住去檳城回來，又定了同一個酒店，安全性還是可以

環境衛生好、吃飯也方便，服務人員親切，24小時都有警衛，是出國在當地旅遊非常好的選擇，酒店提供的早餐也非常好吃.

Great place to stay with family, use to stay whenever at Puchong.

Clean and comfortable. In front of LRT and convenient as to Lotus hypermarket. Good breakfast.

Good service and location . Free parking with breakfast . Reasonable price .

整體入住還算滿意，房間乾淨整潔，設施也算齊全，地點方便，交通便利。但前台服務態度有待改善，辦理入住時不夠熱情，也缺乏基本的禮貌，讓人感覺不太受歡迎。希望酒店能加強員工培訓。

2nd time staying at Bespoke Hotel Puchong. Nearby shopping mall which made the stay pleasant. Although there were some miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel, but the customer service of trip.com resolved it very fast n efficiently. 👍

Had an overall excellent experience here. Only just during the check-in process, the male staff was not friendly. Communicated with the hotel service team thru the QR code given. The service was very fast. Had a really nice view during the three days of breakfast. Will definitely repeat this hotel for my next training.

Location good, a lot of restaurant and bar nearby. Nice breakfast also.

Downgraded room from executive room to deluxe room and mentioned the room near to the lift, but they arrange the room far from the lift.. hope it can be improved.

Value for money and nice place to stay. Just need to improve meal side

For carpark details information can inform customers by texts or email after confirmation of booking, it makes customers confused where the parking lot is under the hotel, and also come to hotel occupancy high don't know where other options to park my car?, all the parking lot full.
