In the hamlet Anunzo 6 km from the centre of Domodossola, 45 km from the centre of Intra/Verbania, 47 km from the centre of Locarno, on a slope, 45 km from the lake. For shared use: natural state property 3'000 m2, garden (not fenced) plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Private: natural state property 225 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow. 150 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). (8 steps). Public parking 80 m. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Domodossola" 6 km, pebble beach 47 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Nearby attractions: Domobianca 3 km. The hut is surrounded by greenery, you can hike in all directions directly from the house. You can also walk to Domodossola, it is a one- hour, varied walk down into the valley. We'd love to come back.

Accommodation keeps what the pictures promise. Rich kitchen equipment, good beds. Nice landlord, uncomplicated settlement on site. Not included in the rental price (not even in October): heating costs: gas 8 EUR/m³ wood according to consumption, visitor's

The Baita is idyllically situated on a hillside with a view of the valley. You can hike directly from the house, in the forest, to the river, we really liked it. Everything around is green and calm.

Es waren wunderschöne 14 Tage in einem tollen Berghäuschen mit gigantischer Aussicht! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche, die Betten und die Einrichtung einfach Top.Der Garten mit der traumhaft schönen Terrasse einfach toll.Fab

The rustico is beautifully situated on a mountain slope with a view over the valley and the mountains. The setup is good and everything works fine. The owner is very friendly. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
