The villa is an old 19th century residential house recently restored, belongs to the larger residence. In a quiet position, in the middle of a large park with centuries old trees. From the house you can see the observation tower to the Montalbano hills with olive groves and vineyards and to the stronghold towers of Serravalle. The swimming pool is 150 m away, open from 10.00-19.00 hours. Villa "Nicoletta", detached, renovated in 2005. 7 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 35 km from the centre of Lucca, 44 km from the centre of Firenze, located by a road. Private: garden 5'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 17.May. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. The villa is absolutely stunning. Very spacious with so many rooms and gorgeous, old furniture. The pool is a good size and was clean. Amazing scenery and views. We had such a lovely stay, thank you.
