Private: garden 500 m2, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to 50 m from the house. Parking on the premises.
